Valentine’s day, celebrated on February 14th, is an international holiday to show appreciation your significant other. People send cards, gifts and bouquets. Valentine’s day, however, does bring about a range of criminal and deviant behaviour. Domestic violence, bank robbery, stalking and even murder occurs on this special holiday. Michael and Dalia Dippolito lived a happy marriage. When they said ‘til death do us part’, Michael believed that they’d live together forever. Police called Dalia one morning in 2009, breaking the news that Michael had been shot. Dalia, devastated followed the police to the station to find out, Michael.. was still alive.
