On this episode Faz sits down with MYPROTEIN athlete Riaz Uddin who started an Instagram fitness page around the age of 19 and is now working in partnership with the huge fitness company MYPROTEIN and also running a video/photography business on the side along with finishing his University degree in audiology.  

Riaz educates Faz on how the online fitness coaching works and also speaks on his religious beliefs and staying true to it by not taking any topless pictures for instagram. They also discuss the fact that Riaz is Bengali and how there aren't many Bengali fitness characters within the industry.  

Riaz also touches on how he grew his social media followers and how he manages to coach clients online being just 22 years old.

On this episode Faz speaks to curve model Sophia Khokhar who has recently started her professional modelling career. After being signed to a professional modelling agency on her first try she has now excelled to working with the likes of Pretty Little Thing with the agency Brother Models.

Faz deep dives into what Sophia thinks about the fine line between body positivity movement vs being healthy and trying to be the best version of yourself. They also discuss Sophia's background being half Pakistani and half English.

On this episode, Faz speaks to his close friend and the founder of the youth organisation "Be The Best C.I.C", Daniel Sukula. A man who is respected by many in his town and very well known. Someone who has turned his life around from facing deportation by the Home Office to now running his own youth organisation. He also tells Faz why he started the youth organisation rather than pursuing a career within the private corporate sector for example.

Faz and Daniel speak on some of the misunderstandings and misconceptions around running youth organisations and also deep dives into some tough questions such as how can someone find Daniel credible considering his past?

On this episode, Faz ask's his friend of 10 years+ Corey, some deep questions relating to his journey as a musician and producer. Having had a few successes so far, Faz tries to understand why Corey is still not able to become a full time musician and how he plans to change his ways to be able to do music full time and sustain a life from it. Corey also discusses his story on how he won the 2018 Red Bull's "Raise The Bar" competition which he, at first, was not even planning on applying for. Not only that, Corey explains how he had the courage to stand up in front of a crowd full of people in a seminar and tell a representative from Ableton (an audio production software), that he has been using a bootleg version! Fast forward a few months he was able to land a role with Ableton to carry out workshops and get an original version of the software!

On this episode, Faz speaks to Jay, who came from Zimbabwe to the UK only a few years. From thrifting and playing with fabrics to now owning his own bespoke unique clothing brand which specialises in ONE of ONE clothing.  

 Jay talks is all about the customer's experience and how the customer is left feeling after they shop from his brand.   

Faz ask's Jay some of the questions that has been playing in his head. Do you need to be good looking to be a model? Would he sell his clothing brand if a major brand approached him? Why/Should we support a business if it is owned by someone from an ethnic minority and the most important question of them all can Faz be a model for enemy studios? Lol.
