In this episode the first half is for my listeners that won't understand kriol and the remainder is for those that do. However, feel free to challenge yourself and try to understand all that I said in this episode. Hit me up for any clarification, or anything else. Peace

Because my school semester began not too long ago, I have decided that I should look at one thing that us students, and people in general must do; that is to find out what's our priorities and to make sure we prioritize the right things. In this episode I talk about needs and wants, and also just some minor tips when dealing with a busy schedule. Of course I had to highlight how all of this has some sort of effect on our mental health and how we can cope with it. This is an episode filled with things that we all know by now but it is something like a gentle reminder. If you guys have any other tips on how to deal with a busy schedule and prioritizing what must be prioritized, feel free to message me.
In this episode I got to chat with Belizean-American professional basketball player, Charles Garcia. We talked briefly about his background growing up in Los Angeles, California. We mostly focused on recapping his journey through basketball from a little kid all the way through to what will now be the start of his 11th season as a pro. There were technical difficulties getting this episode done but I tried my best to fix them all. Be sure to check it out and enjoy this interview!
