This week your pals Nik & Kay reminisce on the carefree days, there's illegal raves, boob flashing, a discovery of an old holiday pic with a with future Hollywood Actor, and an unfortunate ending for Dusty the rabbit (God rest his soul!)
It's a Freaky episode with a life swap, a new business, some blue bits and a sneaky peak at Rebecca Oxtoby's new book, MUM'S THE WORD.
After a little break to digest the total bonkers-ness of 2020 Nik & Kay are back and it's all about a good old chat and giggle this time around
We chat Facebook etiquette, overgrown nether regions, new cats and whether pineapple on a pizza is acceptable...amongst other random tired mum chat :)
In this week’s episode Kay meets Sara from Only Human Therapy.
TRIGGER WARNING Sara is open and honest about dealing with PostNatal Depression, PostPartum Psychosis, Perinatal Anxiety and Perinatal OCD … a journey she describes as living hell. But today, through her healing and studying, she helps others to see that we are Only Human (Therapy).
In this week's episode Kay talks to Rainbow Running Club founder Lucy about why she wanted to create a community for women who have experienced baby loss and infertility.

It’s an emotional start to a special season here at PlanItMum HQ. In 2019 a good friend of Kay’s sadly lost her battle to cancer, leaving behind husband Mark and their two boys, Bailey (12) and Harley (9). Three incredibly brave, strong young men who have, from the outside looking on, continually worked through their grief with grace and maturity.
In this weeks episode, PlanitMum: Living without mum, Kay has an open and honest discussion with Bailey about how he has processed what has happened and how he is handling his grief. She also spoke to counsellor Kim Morris about the importance of talking.
This week Nik and Kay have a long overdue catch up, picking up where they left off last week and how they've been keeping themselves chipper during these bonkers times!
How are you REALLY feeling?
We want to start the conversation as it's so important to talk, especially during these unusual times.
These past few weeks and months have felt hard and so many people we talk to feel the same.
There have been many people in the public eye speak out too about not being ok and feeling the strain and stress of the past few months and the uncertainty that lies ahead.
We are going to have a series of wellness episodes coming up focusing on maintaining good mental health, looking after yourself and where to go if you need help...
If you need to talk or want to comment or have any ideas on what you'd like us to cover please get in touch
