Always be sure to visit with a lifeguard and let them know you’re at the beach with children. Lifeguards are more than happy to educate beachgoers about safety. It’s easier for lifeguards to keep and eye on beachgoers young and old when they’ve met them face-to-face. Hawaii has the best lifeguards in the world, and they love their job.
