Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
I revealed in my last article, I went to Amsterdam this time. I visited the Rijksmuseum, went on a canal cruise, tried a kopstootje and ended the day with a trip to the Johan Cruijff Arena to watch AFC Ajax play Excelsior Rotterdam.

This time, I went to Rotterdam to visit the first of three football stadiums in the city: Stadion Woudestein (Excelsior Rotterdam), SpartaStadion Het Kasteel (Sparta Rotterdam) and Stadion “De Kuip” Feijenoord (Feyenoord Rotterdam).
I started my day by leaving Tilburg to go to the game, which was due to start at around 12:15 against FC Utrecht. I thought it would be better to go to the game first, as that would give me more time to visit the museum afterwards.

What is “A Museum & A Match”?
The title is self-explanatory, but there are other aspects of the project that I have discussed with friends and myself. As if I were writing a news article, I can answer the five fundamental questions: what, who, why, when and where. In short, I’m going to visit every stadium of each team playing in the Eredivisie this year (the Dutch first football league), as well as a museum in each city, with the aim of exploring more of the Netherlands and immersing myself in the local communities. This project starts with Tilburg!
