You may recognize those moments that you are overthinking, and then you start overthinking your overthinking, so you are basically stuck in your own whirlwind of thoughts. In this episode, HR advisor, trainer, father and philosophy student Sander van Breugel joins us to talk about self-dialogues, and how one can use self-dialogues to strengthen the sense of self. We discuss the difference between rumination and constructive self-dialogues and how strolling through Paris (or any other city, for that matter) can be of help in creating a vacuum in one’s mind that helps us to think more clearly.
