In the classroom and on the basketball court was the first stage where Anne found her passion for team dynamics and success. She was a USA Today/Parade Magazine/WBCA All-America in high school breaking state records as a freshman. She went on to be All-American Division 1 Basketball Player and Academic All-America at Iowa State University before being drafted in the WNBA.
After enjoying a successful start to her career in the highly competitive industries of collegiate coaching, TV commentary, and medical sales, she was inspired to cultivate a deeper bond with people and transition her career into leadership consulting through performance psychology.
The thread of her career journey has been woven together through deep connections with others while elevating mindsets and organizational performance. She is committed to creating inclusive cultures where every person matters and they lift those around them all while being integral contributors to the enterprise goals.

Dr. James Perdue, Professor of Perseverance, worked hard to achieve success as an award-winning educator and coaching a state championship team. As a motivational / inspirational speaker, best selling author, and life coach, James helps people get out of their past, step into their future, and persevere to their future.
James became a quadriplegic, dislocating three vertebra in his neck, from playing a football game. The doctor said, "James, I'm sorry. You'll never walk again and you might be paralyzed from your neck down." Later, the doctor advised his family to place him in a nursing home; he would be too much of a burden for them to take care.
