At 6 years old when his parents separated, Hohepa Te Moana aka Heps had no idea how this defining moment would forever affect the rest of his life. Bouncing from house to house and sleeping wherever possible helped him forge an innate ability to create relationships with most he crossed paths with and maintain no judgments as everyone has their story.
Today Heps uses his past to cut a path to a future worth living by creating opportunities for social movements and hosting conversations on his podcast, Best Siiide, that gives you insights, connections and the realisation that it’s ok to be yourself. His guest's stories, anecdotes, philosophies, vulnerability, perspectives, and systems will have you gaining a whole new faith in humanity and ultimately - yourself.

Why do we do hard things? If you think about it, most of us will move heaven and earth 🌍 to make life as easy as possible.
I’ve been thinking about the idea of why I’m so interested in chatting with people on my #podcast who have worked through really hard things in life.
In my podcast conversation with Albie Roebeck, I realised that doing hard things reminds us how hard life can be for ourselves and others and this is something that Albie recently manifested into real life by standing for 60 hours to punch a boxing bag to raise awareness for people doing it tough with their own mental health journey.
Maybe that’s the point of doing hard things that cause pain, to shows others that it is possible to move heaven and earth to find a way out of life’s impossible situations.

Guinness World Record holder, Gareth Edwards climbed to the peak of the abyss both mentally and physically when he flipped a tyre with his mate, Tom Moore for 24-hours non-stop.
What most people focus on when someone does something mind-blowing like this is how it must feel to reach the pinnacle of excellence and the lessons and learning from pushing yourself to the edge. What everybody forgets to think about is what it’s like coming down off that peak and what awaits you when you get home.
In this episode of Please Blow My Mind with Will Fleming, Gareth talks about the hole that was left open after the Guinness World Record attempt as well as some of the feelings he has had to work through to redefine meaning post-peak.
This podcast will help you navigate your own feelings of what it means to aim for something really big and what happens when you actually make it and what to do after life returns to normal.

What does it mean to forgive? It really did suprise me when I read the definition, "to cease to feel resentment against".
This about that for a second. I really is mind-blowing because the meaning has nothing to do with a person or thing that you are forgiving, it's about you and your ability to let go.
So where does all of this fit when it comes to cancel culture, calling people out and time-stamping the online versions of us and locking them in a digital time capsule forever with no path to digital forgiveness.
We are going deep in this episode, so please join me in the van for a quick drive and yarn because It's time to GO DEEP!
