  • Please Don't Kick Me Out - Episode 15 - Featuring Health Hero, Po Lang

This week's episode features Po Lang, a registered nurse, and founder of Olive Wellness, a virtual holistic clinic you can access anywhere. We discuss eastern versus western medicine, health scares that led her onto a wellness journey, and the tough and rewarding decision to become a business owner. Po is so intuitive and understanding about health and nutrition, and an overall joy to have on the podcast. When she isn't saving the world, one leaky gut a time, you can find her adventuring with her husband and their Italian Greyhound, Max. Imposter syndrome impacts everyone in a different way, and I love to tell my guest's stories. I am so thankful that I am in a position to share these beautiful stories with my listeners.

Maya's Cookies is a black-owned business, and thanks to an outpouring of support during this movement for equality, her orders have gone through the roof. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping and delivery time. https://www.mayascookies.com/

  • Please Don't Kick Me Out - Episode 12 - Feat. Brandon & Mikayla from Episode 2 of HBO's "We're Here"

Welcome to a very special episode of Please Don't Kick Me Out. For this episode, I interviewed Brandon & Mikayla, a young married couple that was featured on episode 2 of HBO's "We're Here", featuring Bob The Drag Queen, Shangela, and Eureka O'Hara. The point of the show is to go to towns with conservative viewpoints and try to open the dialogue about equality. They are from Twin Falls, Idaho. Brandon & Mikayla work tirelessly as activists, allies, and LGBTQIA+ equality seekers in Idaho. From leaving their church upbringings to finding acceptance in gender and sexuality, their story is truly a great kickoff to pride month through my platform. We discuss being on the show, their love story, leaving religion, and more (Zelda!). I really enjoyed learning more about them, and I am proud to call them friends of mine! Love is love, and I am so thankful that I am in a position to share these beautiful stories with my listeners.

  • Bonus Episode: If Black Lives Don't Matter, Then Neither Do All

Due to the state of America, and the Black Lives Matter Movement, I chose to bring an emergency bonus episode of Please Don't Kick Me Out to your ears. This episode is all about how to help invoke change for equality in America right now. I sit down with my friend Atecia, an activist - I allow her the floor to talk about the ways in which you can help support change. We also discuss being an ally, and how to navigate language and support during this time. I am very passionate about this, so it might come off very differently than you've normally heard me on my podcast. Please reach out to me with any questions you may have! If you are new to becoming an ally, or this movement, I am here for you. Doing the right thing is to speak up.
