the holidays bring up mixed feelings for everyone. this time two years ago, i was dreading the holiday season and spending time around loved ones, while struggling to hide my disordered eating.
though i don’t think i would have ever felt ready to release this episode, i wished more than anything that i had someone talk to me about this at that time. so this one is for all of you 🤍 for anyone struggling, i am always here if you need someone to talk to.
as always, this episode is based purely on my own opinion and experience. if you need professional help, there are links in the episode show notes. please look after yourselves and be gentle with each other during this time.
i love you,
celine

for this week’s table talk, i sat down with @milage1 to have a chat about her experience living with chronic daily migraine, and what her journey has been like with both her mental & physical health.
this was such an eye opening episode for me & i know this will be such a learning moment for anyone who has never heard about this before!
thank you to amelia for your vulnerability in sharing your story and leadership in supporting so many others experiencing the same thing - such an honour to have you as my first guest ☺️!

lately, i have been making a more intentional and voluntary effort to spend time alone! research says that spending time alone can have a restorative effect on your mental health, and this has been so true for me over the last few months. in this episode, i talk about how spending intentional time alone improves the quality of our life and your relationships, how i’m making more of a conscious effort to embrace alone time, and some tips on how you can integrate alone time in your daily life.
as always, thank you for being so incredible.
i love you,

every people pleaser’s worst nightmare is the idea of being misunderstood. at least that’s the case for me sometimes. and whilst i’m getting so much better at it as i get older, this episode is proof that growth needs to be continuous.
so today’s episode is a reminder to myself and to you all: “let people misunderstand you. not everyone needs to hear your side of the story, for your truth to be valid - the truth comes out eventually.”
i love you,

as a couple of you already know, i got my baby towed in melbourne three months ago 😭!! safe to say that this experience has forever scarred me! i will always be checking signs and be sus about where i park my car from now on.
anywayyyys… today’s episode is all about perspective!! i talk about how my perspective of this experience shifted after one conversation with a stranger, and how i’m taking the lesson that it has taught me, and applying it to other areas of my life as i progress through adulthood.just a gentle reminder, that not everything that happens to you, is happening to you.
i love you,
celine
p.s. if you can avoid driving or parking in melbourne, please do. uber is cheaper than getting towed.

wheeww! this episode had me TRIGGERED - but for all the right reasons! on your journey to becoming your best self, you need people in your life who love you enough to hold you accountable and check you when you stray off your path.
when done in a loving and productive way, this can really be one of the best parts of adult relationships and friendships!
i hope this episode gives you some perspective and makes you rethink the people in your company 🌟
i love you,
celine
welcome to the first EVER table talk episode!
today’s episode is all about pride and fear blocking us from receiving and giving love to all those special people in our lives! i talk about my personal experience with falling out and falling back into spaces of love, learning to take accountability for your mistakes and leading your own growth from that. as we get older, we learn that life is too short not to heal and reconnect with the people you love. vulnerability is not weakness, and being honest in your truth will always set you free! so if you miss someone, call them. if you have questions, ask. life is too short.
i love you,
celine.

i know this sounds so over-compensative (idk if thats a real word whoops). BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. i hate it when people make me feel like shit and i hate it even MORE when i realise i have hurt someone who cares for me.
please be intentional across all your connections - it’ll save so much energy, time, and heartbreak, & will 100% transform your current and future relationships.
i love you. be gentle with the hearts of those around you. good people are hard to find.
celine 🤍
people will hurt you in this life, and you’ll also hurt others - whether it’s intentional or not. mistakes or otherwise, i think that the concept of sparring partners is such a profound and insightful perspective that can help us to release anger, resentment and unforgiveness against the people that we love, who can hurt us at some point.
i hope this perspective aids your healing process and makes you feel like you can forgive others (and also yourself) as you move through life.

it’s so crazy to me that this thought hasn’t dawned on me once until just recently. it’s common to hear about red flags in ex-partners/ friends, familial situations, former workplaces - the list goes on. but why don’t people talk about their own red flags?
is it possible that some people don’t have any?
i don’t think so.
in this episode, i talk about some of my own red flags, how i developed them and how they have made others feel. i talk about the importance of spending time getting to know some of your own bad habits/ approaches, why you think/ act/ feel the way that you do, and how we can improve ourselves and grow from these realisations.
it’s so normal to have our own negative traits - i think it’s even healthy to have these flaws and shortcomings! life would be so uninteresting if we didn’t need to grow or challenge ourselves with the task of improving for the better.
i love you all sooooo much,
celine :)
