Been feeling seemingly sexual attraction to someone and have no idea why... you don't think you're crushing on them. Here are some thoughts on why.

Ever thought you would just die if something happened? Or you wanted the earth to swallow you whole? Reality check: They didn't happen. where's the pleasure in that?

Ever had someone or something get cancelled on you? Felt either relieved, or enraged? Great! Here I share the opportunity and pleasure connected to this.

Most of us have a pleasurable pace (or preference). Do you know yours? Does it change in certain circumstances? Or with certain people?

Stop the suppression of feelings and expression and knowing your desires. It just isn't healthy (or pleasurable).

Ask: Where is the pleasure in this?

It will show up.

Different cultures have different norms, different people have different levels. What is yours? Do you know what it is?

Whether it is sex or sound or sentiment (aka. a thought prompted by passion or feeling)... how conscious are you?
