Here at Plum Creek, our mission is leading people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus. However, we can’t pursue this mission on our own. We need to stay connected to God, the one who gives us power and guidance and protection. Followers of Jesus stay connected to God by establishing a set of habits—the rhythms of a disciple.
