Throughout 2024, we’ve been reminded that we don’t just go to church…we are the church. As the church, God has given us a mission. All too often, the church drifts away from that mission and becomes inwardly focused. However, as we align our hearts with God’s heart, He will partner with us to pursue our mission and help lead people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

The 2024 theme at Plum Creek is "We Are the Church." We’ve been looking at God’s original design for the Church, and we’re asking Him to help us follow that design.
