In the heart of a storm, The Deadites face off against Gorgozal - the Narzugon they inadvertently freed from his prison below Antonoir.

The Deadites contemplate their next steps. Traze blows off some steam, Anise checks on Anael, and Windsgar makes his intentions known.

The Deadites attempt to lose the infernal machines chasing after them. But even if they do, what will be waiting for them at the Mandables? Will they be able to ride out the last several hours of this day in Hell unscathed?

The Deadites venture back into the wasteland to persuade the Triumvirate to break Ezekiel's bond. What services a commune of hellish dealbreakers may require is unfathomable. The Deadites' resolve will be tested, and their wills pushed to their breaking point.

Propelled by a tornado through the Marrowfields in Avernus, the Deadites head toward the massive mandibles of an upturned beetle to find some refuge from the horrors that scour the endless wastes. But nowhere in Hell is safe, and they need to work for what semblance of safety they search for.

The Scavenger needs repairs, and the Deadites need to keep moving. I.T. fills them in on the true nature of soul coins, and points them in a direction that will offer some protection from the endless hordes of infernal creatures after the sword. Which means it's time for Phase 5 of the Hell Heist!

Phase 4! The Deadites have the sword, but their escape plan means they are stuck in Avernus until Strack completes the ritual to get them out. But they aren't the only ones who want the sword, and now that they have it, they're going to need to escape the Citadel and play a very dangerous game of keep away.

The Festering Citadel lies just beyond Ba'al's Foundry and the Bloodswamp. The Deadites make a plan, do the all important pre-heist stuff, then make their way into the scab consuming the Citadel - the final resting place of Zariel's Blade. Fingers crossed it all goes according to their plan.

Anael gets caught up on all the theories about Granny, Bali, and how to deal with this "Patron Problem". Izolde meets the Mistress of Enlightenment. Then the Deadites go to hell and find themselves embroiled in a conflict between Devils and a stubborn demon. I mean, come on.. they just wanna heist!

Traze takes most of the Deadites to fetch Strack, and catch up with a few old friends while they're in Ygg. Meanwhile, back in Antonoir, Windsgar spends more time with Livia while Anael struggles with the Mistress of Enlightenment spending so much time at the Erathis Consortium.
