The Scrapyard has a new resource at its disposal in the form of M5, the Mistress of Enlightenment. But before the Deadites access more information, they have to collect diamonds from Ungol's Quarry so the Mechanist can outfit the train with telepathic protection. Lilly and the gang return from their mission with troubling news...

The Deadites have triumphed over the Suppressing Golems that were trying to kill them, and have Subject C- a tentacled abomination before them at their mercy. But M5, the train's operating system, wants it alive.

All aboard! The Silver Serpent speeds through the desert sands of the Outrider Wastes while the Deadites attempt to survive the onslaught of mechanical monsters that have been ordered to kill them!

All the materials have been recovered and the groundwork has been laid, now The Deadites just need to put it all together and drive into the Outrider Wastes to catch a ride on the Silver Serpent. Surely it won't be that easy... will it?

The nuts and bolts of D&D - come up with a plan, and watch it go to hell the second you start doing the thing. The Deadites need some materials to craft a slingshot atop a swiftly moving desert buggy, but not just any buggy will do. Anise, Anael, Windsgar and Kapo get their sneak on, while Traze and Kana head to the Repair Garage to prep their ride.

Kana wants to take the Deadites back to the Scrapyard to meet the Mechanist, but first - the Wasteland Orcs v. Deadites in a desert game of chicken.

KANA! He's alive! And thrilled to see the Deadites. He invites them back to The Scrapyard, but they encounter some trouble on their way. They could ignore it, but that just isn't the Deadites' style.

The Shadowfell. Again. To finish Ezu once and for all. But he certainly won't go down without a fight, or at least without taking someone with him...

Dailen continues to disappoint the Deadites, but offers them a few gifts that do more harm than good. Anael tries to comfort Anise after she freaks out. The Deadites catch wind of a fight, just not the one they were expecting.

The mysterious Dragon-loving elf who has plagued Anise's dreams finally introduces herself to everyone in the flesh - Dailen. Traze challenges her to a fight with all the Deadites, and they begin making preparations for the battle to come.
