NEW! We’ve got Alec Ledd a.k.a. Alaa Khaled (twitter.com/Alecledd) joining us this week! He’s an actor/producer/“Worst Ever Podcast” host/Bravo lover/uncle of a baby executive producer.

He and Molls (twitter.com/molls) dive into some serious Bravo talk about a few of the Real Housewives before diving into your calls about absolutely hating your job, when your love of being alone is something to be concerned about, what to do when your dog hates your boyfriend’s dog, and so much more.

Folks! Welcome back. This week, we’re joined by “Hollywood Crime Scene” (hollywoodcrimescene.libsyn.com) hosts Desi Jedeikin (twitter.com/desijed) and Rachel Fisher (twitter.com/therachelfisher). They join Molls (twitter.com/molls) for a surprisingly deep discussion of ‘90s family TV series “7th Heaven,” “Step by Step,” and more.

Then, we take calls from someone who loves to shop a little too much, a listener who has never had a serious relationship (and whether that should be brought up on dates), a fan seeking some coping mechanisms for *after* you file your sexual harassment report to HR, and from a caller who sounds like a frown.

It’s a fun episode for all! Got a question? Call us up at (323)450-7408 or write an email/send a voice note to askplzadvise [at] gmail.com.

The hilarious Ira Madison (twitter.com/ira) dropped by the studio to join Molls (twitter.com/molls) at the table for a little chat about keeping your expectations medium, Lena Dunham’s #MeToo exception, and general LOLS. Then the two try to answer your calls about whether you should see an astrologist (maybe start by telling us your zodiac sign!), that friend who invited you to crash at her NYC pad before turning into a total monster, waiting for your ah-ha moment, and more. Quick note: This episode was recorded three weeks ago. So if things seem a little less timely, that's why.

Plus, we take your calls about what to do when a friend ghosts you, how to handle passive-egressive comments from family members about your weight, and problematic therapists.

Comedian and “Tinder Live” (http://www.lanemoore.org/tinder-live/) host Lane Moore (twitter.com/hellolanemoore) joins Molls (twitter.com/molls) to talk about the weirdness of dating and more before tackling your calls about being the only single person in your friend group, what do you do when the guy you’re dating says, “I don’t want to be the bad guy if this doesn’t work out” and how to take a hint when your hook-up buddy doesn’t respond to your attempts to take it to the next level (that call is a doozy).

We're switching it up with today's episode. At the top, Molls and Kristina talk about the wave of sexual harassment news that's been happening over the last month. They share their thoughts, how we can all work toward creating a safe environment for people to speak out, and more. Then, Molls and Kristina hop on the line with "Jessa," a sex worker and longtime "Plz Advise" fan. Listen as Jessa details how she got into this career, explains why she describes it as "naked therapy," and shares a few tips of the trade.

It’s the final episode of Molls in NYC! For the grand finale, she’s welcoming “Ask a Swole Woman” writer Casey Johnston (twitter.com/caseyjohnston) and writer Mary H.K. Choi (twitter.com/choitotheworld), who has a book coming out in March (pre-order it here: http://amzn.to/2zsFf9z)

Molls (twitter.com/molls) and our guests warn a caller about being a jack of all trades (but a master of none), break down what you can do to find a serious partner, and more. Plus, we get an update from a listener who was going through a hard time and made it out the other side better for it.

It’s a phenomenal episode!
