  • Go All In w/ Lindsey Kaalberg, CEO & Founder of Ritual Hot Yoga
It’s been called the SOUL Cycle of Yoga. With all inclusive studios in San Francisco & Chicago, Ritual Hot Yoga is disrupting the yoga industry.
From the yoga studio experience, to the practice, to the business philosophy that provides for sustainable full-time careers in yoga, you’ve never felt anything like this before.
Just because the yoga industry in the United States has only operated one way–contract instructors; cookie-cutter classes; inconsistent class quality; and a cut-throat grab for market share that places profits over people–does not mean that it always will be that way. Ritual Hot Yoga is the start of the revolution.
Today I have the honor of introducing you to my friend and one of the most badass women I’ve ever known:
She has been involved in the yoga industry for over ten years, first as a teacher and later as a brand manager for Lululemon.
What she noticed was a gaping hole: yoga teachers could not make a living doing what they loved. To change all of this, she founded Ritual Hot Yoga in 2015.
Ritual is premised on the idea that teachers should be compensated for their talent by having the opportunity to work full-time, and offered salaries and benefits that reflect the skill and dedication it takes to teach.
She is making it her life's work to revolutionize the yoga industry and we couldn’t be more excited to have her here.
Meet Lindsey Kaalberg, CEO & Founder of Ritual Hot Yoga on this episode of PM School.

  • From Corporate to Full Time Entrepreneur w/ Kelly Kussman, Founder of Cayla Gray
Kelly Kussman is the owner, designer and visionary behind Luxury Perfumes and Candles company, Cayla Gray. She started her career in fragrance buying for a major department store where she engaged with both established and niche brands, falling in love with the distinctive nature of scents and their ability to make memories tangible.
After the tragic loss of her first baby, who she planned to call Cayla Gray, Kelly wanted to create a legacy that not only honored the beauty and heartbreak of this bittersweet experience, but also fueled her personal passion for fragrance. From this desire, the Cayla Gray collection was born.
With Cayla Gray, Kelly steps away from traditional perfume practices and returns to an artisan mentality to curate a line of clean scents that are American-made, ethically-cultivated and fairly-priced for self and home.
I'm personally obsessed and exclusively wearing Cayla Gray perfumes & burning her candles in my home, so it's such an honor to have her on the show today.

These are all forms of entrepreneurship & just because you aren’t running your own business right now, doesn’t mean you aren’t an entrepreneur in spirit.
If you’ve got a big idea on your heart, I hope you will take away three things from this episode & hope you’ll tell us what you loved from this month, what you didn’t love so much & what you want to hear more of from us in the future.

Phil started his first business thirty years ago, the year Stef was born. Ann & Phil together started their latest venture as a solution to a meaningful retirement doing something they both loved - traveling & drinking wine with friends.

  • ManifestHer: Closing the chapter on ManifestHer & starting the chapter on PM School. What you should know about this change and what to get excited for as this evolves.
Would you rather “Failing” in public.” Or “White-knuckle a version of you that’s no longer serving you.”
In this solo episode, Stef talks through:
The changes coming in the ManifestHer brand, hint: it will be moving forward under a new name, PM School.
What she learned on the way - make sure the means justify the means, obsess over customer feedback and when you evolve, so does your brand essence, and you might have to decide: “fail” in public or “white-knuckle” a version of you that’s no longer serving you.
Why we’re changing - because the conversations we’ve been having are changing, collectively this community has a deep desire to leave a huge impact on the world - closing the gender equality gap & accelerating the pace at which it closes so we can give the next generation and the generation following that more opportunity.
What’s changing - the name, the range of guests, the conversations - focusing more on: 1) How do you build a life, career & legacy on purpose? and 2) Learning from mentors who are building their life, careers & legacies on purpose and those who have already achieved the heights that we aspire to ascend to
What PM School will be: After-hours mentorship for ambitious women seeking a life, career & legacy on purpose.
