THIS IS US -- "A Long Road Home” Episode 505 -- Pictured: (l-r) Austin Abrams as Marc, Hannah Zeile as Kate -- (Photo by: NBC)

Welcome back, This Is Us fans! The winter break is over and we have a solid run of 14 episodes coming up, kicking off with tonight's "A Long Road Home". As narrative structures go, TIU has gone complicated with time jumps and tricky intercutting in the past - but not tonight. Sure, there were a couple of flashbacks, but overall, we were served up straight-forward, dramatic storytelling that went for the gut with each of the Big 3's storylines:

    * Kate - settled years old business with perpetual record store assistant manager, Marc that put her on a path of low self-esteem, low self-confidence, overeating, trust issues...
    * Kevin - has to decide if the big words he had for Madison at the beginning of her pregnancy will be something he can actually live up to...
    * Randall - confronts the idea of an alternate reality in which his mother survived his birth - but would also make William a liar...

Watch this one. Then, listen to this podcast, and then comment on some of the questions we had for you!

  • Tales From Yaya's: The Your Honor Podcast ("Part Five")
Welcome to Tales From Yaya's: The Your Honor Podcast, your dedicated after-show podcast for Showtime's newest limited series, Your Honor! For the next 10 weeks, Caroline and Mike will be breaking down this new limited series starring Bryan Cranston. How far would you go to save your child?

In this week's podcast, Caroline and Mike break down Part Five of Your Honor!

While we were sad there is no Margo Martindale this week, we were very excited with all the forward progress tonight as we hit the halfway point of the season! From the introduction of Big Mo (another bad ass female calling the shots) to Jimmy Baxter learning of Michael's involvement in Rocco's death, there was so much to discuss. Caroline and Mike break it all down in this week's episode!

Also, Mike has a bit of an unhinged Harry Potter rant about how much Ron sucks.

Do you have questions? Theories? How far would YOU go to save your child? We'd love to hear your thoughts and maybe we'll read them on air!

Welcome to Boulder Free Zone Radio – The Stand Podcast, your dedicated after-show podcast for the limited series on CBS All-Access. For the next 9 weeks, Paul and Sheila will be breaking down this new limited series starring James Marsden, Alexander Skarsgard, Whoopi Goldberg, Greg Kinnear and so many more in a deep bench of seasoned actors. Will you join us as we make our Stand?

In this week’s podcast, Paul and Sheila break down Episode 3 “Blank Page.” Find out if we are OK with how Nick is (finally!) introduced and portrayed here. We get an introduction to another character, Tom Cullen. Both Nick and Tom's handi-capables spurs a discussion on the difference in attitudes from the original writing of the book to now. Nadine’s story deepens in the most sinister of ways; hear our thoughts on the subtle change the showrunners made from the book with her first experience with the planchette. Joe continues to be TERRIFIED of Harold, yet seems oblivious to Nadine’s deep connection to the Dark Man. There’s an ominous message delivered right to the Council from Randall via Stigmata man via bright yellow Ferrari, bringing the discussion to some religious themes.

We have your Boulder Free Zone Radio - Songs from The Stand Spotify playlist HERE!

In this week's podcast, Caroline and Mike break down Part Four of Your Honor!

When we look back on this series, we'll remember that it was tonight's Part Four that finally introduced New Orleans as a significant character in this story. This week, Caroline and Mike get deep into the show's setting and the culture of New Orleans. Also, our sadness at the Kofi twist, the introduction of the fantastic Margo Martindale as Michael's mother-in-law (and presumable antagonist going forward), and so much more!

    Paramount Network

You know Stef and Sheila from The Yellowstone Podcast. Now, go back in time with them as they relive the entire series from the beginning! Each week from now until Season 4 begins next Summer, get your Yellowstone fill with The Yellowstone Podcast: Yellowstone Rewind!

This week, Sheila and Stef continue their rewind of Season 1 by breaking down Episode 6, "The Remembering"!

This week's episode was the Monica show. Monica and John have maybe their first real conversation ever, and walk away with a better understanding of each other. She also sustains a horrific head injury. Not a great day for Monica. On the other side of Monica and Kayce, we ponder the source of dislike between Rip and Kayce. And there is more dysfunction in the Dutton family between Beth and Jamie, and Jamie learning about John's cancer from the Governor. Sigh. So much dysfunction.

In this week’s podcast, Paul and Sheila discuss episode 2, "Pocket Savior," where we meet Larry Underwood and Randall Flagg! including Larry Underwood and some face time with Randall Flagg. 2 g's. We are very unfulfilled by the .09 seconds of Nick Andros, but we are confident his role will be fleshed out in the next episode. This episode is diving into the aftermath of the rapid collapse of society and how the survivors are beginning to build their new world order, according to the gospel of Mother Abigail.
