Bechara is an Executive Coach and a Facilitator who previously worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey between 2008 - 2019. We were recently introduced to discuss business collaboration, but we walked out of our meeting as friends who perhaps knew each other from a past life (if there is one). I couldn't help but notice Bechara's humility, empathy and honesty - all the things that got me excited to have him on the show and that make him an excellent coach today.
