Gavin Van Vlack has been a heavily influential figure in the New York Hardcore scene since the late 80's with bands like Absolution, Burn and more progressive outfits like Die 116 and Pry. In addition to his musical achievements Gavin is deeply involved with martial arts and the physical culture movement.
