Yes, in today’s podcast, I share how I wasn’t motivated to do today’s podcast and how the phrase “Just do it”, popped into my head, and well, I just got it done! We all have shit we have to do. Sometimes it’s stuff we don’t like to do and other times it’s that we don’t know how or are just don’t have the energy! Powering-through isn’t always the best option, but sometimes it really is the only one.
We have stuff we feel like we “have” to do, “want” to do, “need” to do and, well that you GET to do! Yes, making that shift from “have-to” to “get-to” is KEY to getting shit done. Shift your mindset, and I guarantee your motivation will shift as well!
