YES! Last Tuesday, March 21st 2016 was the launch of this podcast and the release of my very FIRST episode. And last week finished my SEVENTH year of podcasting!

SEVEN YEARS... WOW!

As I reviewed my 2023 goals, I started thinking about the past seven years of podcasting, and took a look back at what I talked about each year at this time.

Listen in today as I give you an overview of the last seven years! Yes, each March ended one year and a new one began.

What will year 8 bring for this podcast? For me as a coach? As a business owner and overall as a person? I'll say that I'm very excited about what year EIGHT will bring for the podcast, as many of you know I FINALLY started doing video as well. I'm excited about what year 11 will bring me as a Coach and in October, I'll end my 29th year as an entrepreneur and BEGIN my 30th!
