Beaonca discusses the common challenge of recognizing one’s worth in a
world full of “false perfection” In society we are each assigned roles that
become a part of our social identity. We are conditioned to believe that
perfect is impossible but are still expected to show up in ways that can be
associated with one’s typical idea of perfection as a sign of our
worthiness. But what happens when we decide that our even roles do not
resonate with our true state of being? It becomes natural for us to give up
parts of our identity that do not feel aligned with our soul.
