As we slip into the last week of celebration for the end of formal schooling….. it is also time to “crank up”

study! Grab a cuppa, come and have a listen and see what things YOU need to consider to balance out your study!

Handwriting is such a huge topic, which is something that we occasionally forget!

This episode runs through a number of ways that you can help your children (or students) with, when it comes to handwriting — specifically letter formation and making sure gaps within the words are consistent!

We are at the end of the year where Year 10 are picking their subjects for Years 11 and 12 ….. and Year 11 and 12 students are contemplating what life after school may look like.

One thing that I have told students over and over again is that there are SO MANY options available to them as they complete their formal schooling. And THAT is what I talk about in this episode!

It’s that time of the year where students are beginning to contemplate the end of the year and leaving school…… and everything that it brings with it. With that in mind, I decided to ask a few close friends, tutors and others a simple question — “If you could give your teenage/finishing school age self any piece of advice, what would it be?”

It is such a buzz word at the moment. We hear kindness everywhere, we see kind saying on clothes — but are we truly being kind?

Wow! What a crazy year this has been. If you are anything like me, it has felt like everything has “turned on” again — seemingly out of nowhere and is a small shock to the system. Which has made the end of the year — super busy and perhaps a little more hectic and stressful than usual.

It is so important that through the busyness and event packed end of the year, that you find space for yourself and your family– so that you can enter the festive period energised, rather than super tired.
