“Give Back for a Comeback!” (Titus 3:12-15 NLT) What a Comeback! The Grizzlies was down double digit at the start of the 4th quarter. Anthony Sain with Sports 56 GrindTime was sharing with me that the Grizzlies have actually been down three times in this series and yet came back. How? He shared with me – “Teamwork, Trusting each other, knowing who they are and what they had to do!” One of their players talked about how they have to play the WHOLE game so how do you keep GIVING BACK MORE even in the 4th Quarter? What great insight for all of us that when we’re down double digits in life, we can make Comeback! What a Comeback! This is what I love about Paul’s letter to Titus regarding the church in Crete. What a culture of chaos, corruption, and confusion. Yet, Paul had the confidence that the church could experience a Comeback even among the atmosphere. We’re coming out of two years of Pandemic, Political Unrest, Economic Downturns and Rising Crime. As a church, how do we make a Comeback? How do we guarantee victory even with the odds against us? But God gave it for MARRIAGE and to get the MOST OUT OF IT – Timing is Everything!
