Depression is a stigmatized term in the church. And yet, in the context of the Bible, we see language all over the place that seems to reference the reality of depression, especially in the Psalms. In Psalm 42, the psalmist is looking at his own soul asking, "Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me?"
In this final episode, Jay and Ryan address where personal sin has a common role with individuals struggling with depression .
