What can be said about one of the most competitive and talented fishing captains that South Florida has ever seen? Already accomplishing so much in his time so far, the book has yet to be finished on Captain Art Sapp. A seventh generation native Floridian, Art and his 39 SeaVee, Native Son, has quite the reputation for bringing big fish, big checks and big smiles consistently to the weighing docks. As well, being on the forefront of the industry has landed him on the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council where the soon-to-be hall of fame charter captain has quite the influential say as to how pelagic regulations are approached.
