"Some nights walking around, steel toed boots on, dropping things non stop on the floor, banging in the walls. This goes on non stop every single night from 2 in the morning to 8 in the morning. That's why I can't sleep. And I've always had trouble sleeping anyway. But this sure does not help. That's what you get when you have an apartment. When you live in an apartment."

"Good afternoon. Swell family. Great topic. Actually, all the topics are amazing on this app. And yeah, my take well, foods that don't improve my mental health are if I eat too much sugar and I'm not the best at eating really healthy. I do put foods into my diet that are healthy, but I'm not cut out everything like some people can do with the sugar and things like that."

"Not majority, not everything but majority. And when you take certain foods like with green leaves, nuts, oats, fruits which are very, very quite healthy but also doesn't have that spicy element into that which brings lot of proteins, lot of vitamins and which fuels your energy physically and mentally. And the way you think after taking this food is absolutely is going to be magical."

"And I think, you know, you always, you always sort of say that, but my grandfather passed away back in January. And I think I had that moment that every young adult has win family member passes away, which is like, I should have called more. And so it's something that I'm still sort of working on while I'm here. And I'm trying to call my American grandparents a lot more."

"I think this is a very, very interesting topic because I believe that food is something that we turn to, at least I turn to when I'm stressed out and when I'm having a bad day, for example. And if I eat something better instantly. But then with the point being that if I feel that I need to eat something to make me feel better, then obviously it's not a very healthy point of view, really, because it's a very short term fix."

"I speak to mom every day. I wish I could speak to my dad, but he passed eight years ago and we would try to call him as well, every as often as we could. It used to be weekly calls, sometimes bi weekly calls. And then as he fell ill, he couldn't speak much anymore. That's when my calls to mom became multiple times a day, sometimes to check on his health or to check on her."
