"And it is like what we face on a daily basis, like one side is the angel and one side is the devil and we just have to constantly see which side we are listening to. So I found that really interesting how good and evil were portrayed in that Duryodhana always had this choice. Duryodhana always had these two advisors, but he always, mostly always chose Shakuni Mama."

You just found the flow of life. So that's for my particular read and I would highly recommend it to everyone and to all those who listened to this so far. "Which means moving for 20 minutes means start your day with an exercise to activate your body and mind and to reflect for 20 minutes means general journal, meditate or practice gratitude to center yourself. Grow for 20 minutes is to read, learn or plan to feed your mind before the world wakes up. According to Sharma, this early morning routine helps your trap into focus, creativity and discipline before the distraction hits. The message is clear."

"If we remember every single moment of our lives perfectly, I believe we will struggle to truly grow. Growth isn't just about collecting experiences. It's also about letting go of some. Forgetting is nature's way of helping us move forward. If every memory stayed as fresh and clear as the day it happened, we would be trapped in the past. Constantly reminded of our mistakes, embarrassments and losses. It would be like trying to walk while carrying every heavy moment we have avoided."

  • @Kaustubhp153 | That's lil oversimplying it

"That's a little oversimplification, a little too much. I think that authors, writers, poets, all of them romanticizes each and every emotion equally. And yes, maybe it looks like they romanticizes pain a little too much. But then again, pain is also that much important of an emotion. It not only, you know, makes us grow, it sometimes makes us evolve. And it is one of the most intense experiences to human beings."

"A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khalid Hosseini. A book that broke and built me in the same breath. It was painfully beautiful, like watching dawn spill through cracks of a shattered glass. The book spoke of women in Afghanistan, of how every cruelty in the world somehow find its way to a woman's skin first. When death knocks, when war occurs, when lives collapse, somehow it's always the women who bleed first, quietly holding all their runes together for me till the end."

"So I have read many books and I think about any one of them randomly. Sometimes some famous quote pops out of nowhere and sometimes a random memory of mine reading it when I was traveling. But there is no way I can ever forget about the Kite Runner. I don't have to remember it because this thing has just made his own living in my core memory. To be honest, I have never cried while reading a book before it, but Kite Runner made me sob an unknown number of times."

"Every story takes you on a different journey, but there's a strange familiarity like each man or each character is echoing something within you. It's about the lives of different men without women or with women and the transformation that they go through. It's not a story about heartbreaks or moving on necessarily. It is about silence and the change that happens to a man when he finds out the woman he cared about is gone. Not from death, but even by cheating or by disappearing."

"For me it is Atomic Habits by James Kew. I am so grateful I read it because it taught me one simple thing that no other book ever really could to stop obsessing over the big goal and just focus on the tiny and daily processes which are very important for us. It is the only book that truly convinced me that success isn't just about massive willpower or motivation, it's just about getting 1% better every day. And it is important too."
