It remembered my mom's passing because November through January, I was out of commission for so long and I didn't realize why I would get mad. I didn't understand. But then I realized my body remembers. This is something I teach other people too."

  "So naturally when that happens, that's when my body starts to be a little bit different because I am diabetic and I do take blood pressure medication and cholesterol medication which I'm supposed to be taking. And I gotta go pick that up because I ran out of it. So I gotta go get that. But I really don't need cholesterol medicine. It's just because I'm a diabetic that I have to take it. Because they want your cholesterol really low. It's a diabetic."

  "When you don't have that, if you start to compare yourself with the world, you'll notice that the things that you wanted, you didn't get, but somebody else did. And that could lead to heartbreak. So that's why it's very important to be prepared to mend yourself. We can't always depend on somebody to mend our hearts. We just can't. But we cannot prevent heartbreak either."
