    "Here is I have seen firsthand what happens to a lot of folks that go into the criminal justice system through this program. And they come out of the program and they are trying so very, very hard to get a second chance. It is very, very difficult to get a second chance. Right. Some of them didn't even get a first chance. So my empathy level, my heart is in being open minded and understanding, because it is not."

So as we celebrate the potential of quantum technology, we must also advocate for a balanced approach to taxation, one that supports our ambitious goals, or the governor's ambitious goals, I should say."
