"People get online and they choose to perceive people's content the way they want to perceive people's content. And for some people, it could be a sore spot. It could be a sensitive spot for them. Maybe they did grow up without a father. Maybe they did grow up with a father who was incarcerated. It could be a sore spot for them, and rightfully so. That, I mean, that's a very difficult. That's a very difficult reality to have."

"And so he decided, okay, well, we're going to switch you two. And so he switched them and he promoted the sous chef to lead chef and demoted the lead chef to sous chef. And that night when the restaurant was open, it turned out that it was a complete disaster. Because even though the sous chef may have had a little bit more culinary knowledge, he didn't know how to handle pressure. He didn't know how to lead."
