Are you in the midst of making a change in your life and feeling messy AF?

Well, in case you're new around here, there’s always something new happening with me, there's always change, and there's always expansion. So, I feel that I’m highly qualified to talk about this topic!

Society wants you to have your life fully mapped out by the time you're 18 years old, and then they expect you to stick to it until you die. That's anxiety-inducing for me, and if you're hanging out here, it probably is for you too!

Today, on episode 202 of the Fruitful Mama podcast, I’m sharing my perspective on change in hopes of helping you feel less afraid of moving towards your desires in your own life. Today, we stop demonizing change, and start celebrating it!

Listen, every leap of faith I’ve taken hasn't been successful (like when I moved to a different country during a global pandemic), but those moments have led to the most exponential personal and financial growth of my life!

You say you embrace visibility. But like… you know that’s not so, right?!

Exhibit A:
You tell yourself you’re not starting a podcast because you’re busy and there’s just so much going on!

Besides business is going great! Do you really need to add on another huge project?!

And while you think you’re in control of this situation and making this decision because you’re a high-power CEO…

the truth is you’re scared of adding on another layer of visibility.

😱

Your subconscious has got you in a chokehold after all.

Because on IG you can get away with “hey girl” and biz tips content…

But on a podcast, you actually go deep.
And get vulnerable.
And people listen to you while they’re naked!

😱

And what if your podcast blows up?
Are you really ready for that kind of visibility?!

What if the bros or frienemies hear your content and call you out?!

And the reviews?!
Ahhhh 😱
What if a troll leaves a 1 star?!

So yeah, visibility is the reason why you’re resisting starting a podcast (like a cat resists a bath).

And I get it.

Not only is this all super scary, it’s all unfamiliar.

So your nervous system is on alert. 🚨

But here’s the thing:

I’ll be right there holding your hand every step of the way.

I promise you it’s as easy as I make it seem.

🪂At the end of the day, starting a podcast is like skydiving:

When you’re getting ready, it’s all fun and exciting.

Then you get inside a janky airplane, and you’re like “umm, I’m not sure about this”

As the janky, airplane goes up, you tell yourself “this was a terrible idea. What’s wrong with me”

Then the door opens, and you’re like “f*ck that 💩”

But it’s too late.

You’re strapped to a dude and he pretends he doesn’t hear you say you changed your mind.

And then “F*ck it”. The only way out is thru the door.

You surrender.

And it’s the most beautiful experience ever.

So, girl if you’re ready to launch your podcast and go on the best business ride ever (and you are 😉) dm me.
