Podcast Nine and Three-Quarters episodes

July 31, 2020 Is the Harry Potter series a feminist story (Part 1)
Reeah and Jem do their best to tackle a too big topic in this two part episode about representation in the HP series. We look at how specific female characters are portrayed on the page and on screen and discuss what they can teach us about feminism and the role of women. This first episode focuses on girls and teenagers, and Part 2 will look at young women and adults.
