This episode is one of my favorites because it happened at the comedy festival my friends and I put on in our backyard. The festival was a big success and for that I am extremely greatful. This episode is a very special one because I got to sit and have a great conversation with two of my best friends of all time Trey Gridley & Anthony Miller. This episode is in front of Trey's old house that he lived in for 29 years. Anthony and I as well as many others would go over there all the time for many years and we created many cherished memories. This episode is a very special one because i've lived in arizona most of my life and have never been to the grand canyon. Its also my 10th episode. On this journey with me was one of my best friends Nick Florence. We talked about touring in a death metal band called Knights of The Abyss together, Nicks other projects like Weird Radicals, and also a project he recorded on with our good friend Andrew Cline called Astrologer. On this episode I had the pleasure of driving out to the domes in Casa Grande, AZ with great friend and musician Shane Dinet of Ether Teeth. Something to point out first is that I've known Shane for quite a while and thought his last name was pronounced how it reads. I was wrong and you can see in the beginning I make sure to pronounce it right! Sorry Shane! We talked about music, Shane living in new york and what it was like playing music there. We drank kratom, talked about thom yorke and pharrell williams having synesthesia, talked about the future of live performance and whats happening in society, and shane gave us his top five favorite movies.
