I took a little brake but now I am back! I hope you are doing well.
Today I will be guiding you to a qigong standing meditation. Qigong is a ancient Chinese meditation and healing practice.
I have been studying qigong healing and meditation for few years and I noticed that my meditation got much more deeper.
This will be a very simple introduction to standing meditation so anyone can participate.

I wish someone told me this when I started my meditation practice 16 years ago... that meditation can be hard!
So today I would like to share my experience and my observation with you on why meditation can be difficult for most people.
This is not to discourage anyone from starting a meditation practice but to know some challenges may come ahead so you can start the practice with a better understanding.

Good quality sleep is extremely important for your health and having a night ritual where you take time to wind down can really help you to sleep more peacefully.
Join me on this sleep meditation where you can lie down on your bed and listen to my guidance.
I will guide you to release all the tension you are holding in your body so you can relax deeply into calm peaceful sleep.
It is perfectly fine if you fall a sleep in the middle of the meditation! :)

We all procrastinate from time to time especially in this modern society where distractions are everywhere. A lot of times procrastination comes from fear of not being able to do the task well and that pressure makes us want to put off what we need to do.

Often as an adult we tend to be very critical of ourselves especially when it comes to our creativity.
