Assistant Pastor Jason Johnson share a beginning of the year message from 1 Sam. 4:1-11. He contrasts the devoted life with the compromised life, and calls us to get serious in following Jesus. The prerequisite to the truly blessed life.

Pastor Mick Catron shares a New Years message, "When God Does New". He walks through the Biblical picture of God as working constantly in and around us, and of God as the One who leads us to new things, and a new heart. This message is a challenge to open our hearts to new things and to seeking God to refresh even the old things in our life.

"Jesus, Passover, and Communion" - Mk. 14:12-26. Pastor Mick teaches through this passage in which Jesus takes old, established symbols of a great victory of the past, and re-makes them into symbols of His sacrificial gift of His life for the forgiveness of our sins.

"Things Aren't Always As They Appear" - Mk.14:1-11. Assistant Pastor Jason Johnson share a profile of two contrasting actions in the text - extreme worship from the woman who ended up anointing Jesus' head, and the extreme betrayal of Judas.

"Jesus and The Parable of The Fig Tree" - Mk.13:27-37. Pastor Mick Catron shares on Jesus' pointing to the Fig Tree's new shoot as the critical factor to the timing of the rest of the prophetic chapter. He shares how Israel is pictured in the Fig Tree and walks thru some of their miracle preservation since May, 1948, when they "were born in a day".

Mk. 13:19-27. Pastor Mick continues working our way thru the Olivet Discourse of Jesus. This study focuses on the nature of the future Great Tribulation, and how God will cut it short by the cosmic outpouring of His Wrath and Judgment on a world that has rejected His Son.

Mk. 13:14-25 - In this study, Pastor Mick teaches through the next part of the 'Olivet Discourse' of Jesus. We go from the general spiirtual, political, and earth crisis - all advancing like birth pangs, to the more specific issues of the very last years preceeding the second coming of Christ. Namely, the Antichrist and Abomination of Desolation, and the Great Tribulation commencement. Mick ties in prophecy in Daniel 9 and 2 Thes. 2 to connect more dots of this last stretch of "Daniel's 70th Week", yet to come.

Mk. 13:1-13 - In this study, Pastor Mick teaches through the first part of the 'Olivet Discourse' of Jesus. We see the general spiritual persecution and deception, and tension in the earth itself that will continue to grow and intensify though this age, preparing for the final days leading up to the Glorious Return of Jesus as King.

Mk. 12:35-44 - Pastor Mick teaches through the remainder of Mark 12, looking at His statements to the crowd suggesting that He, Messiah, was eternal, and then cautions the crowd about the Scribes. The chapter completes with a contrast of the poor widow and the (rich) religious leaders.
