02-20-2022. Mk.6:14-29 - In this study, Pastor Mick leads us through a study comparing two people - King Herod Antipas, and John the Baptist. We look at the imprisonment of John and why it happened, as well as the behavior of Herod and why he did the evil that he did. Mick shares practical insights about the boldness of the Spirit, and the compromise of the flesh.

02-13-2022. Mk.6:7-13 - In this study, Pastor Mick leads us on a study of the first occasion of Jesus sending out the disciples to preach and to minister in His Name. We see His unique instructions and what they learned about faith. Mick also reminds of that our commission is very similar to theirs.

02-06-2022. Assistant Pastor Jason Johnson shares a message from 1 Cor. 12:7-10. He looks at the Apostle's "thorn in the flesh", and how God used it for a greater purpose in his life and ministry than simply removing/healing it. Jason also addresses the modern mindset that has resulted in many professions for Christ that are wandered away from when God doesn't meet a persons expectations.

01-30-2022. "Jesus and The Unbelieving Homies" - Mk.6:1-6 - In this study, Pastor Mick walks thru the passage in Mark 6. We see the people in Jesus' hometown, his countrymen, and even his very family having wonderment ... but not belief in Jesus. And we see Jesus wonder at their unbelief. Mick asks, "How much faith?" does one need to effect the work of Jesus in his life. The simple, refreshing answer might surprise you.

2022-0123. Assistant Pastor Jason Johnson shares a message from Eph. 4 and Col. 3, "Bad Words?" He addresses the Biblical charge about the words that flow from our mouth. He also shares about his own experiencing, coming to Christ initially as a "potty mouth", and how God's Word changed him.

01-16-2022. Mk. 5:35-43 - In this study, Pastor Mick teaches through the remainder of Mark chapter 5. We see the encounter of Jairus with Christ and the raising of his little 12 year old daughter. Mick compares and contrasts Jairus and the woman healed earlier of a 12 year disease. We see the major risk he took in even coming to Jesus. Mick encouraged us to likewise "cross the line" and follow Jesus fully.

01-09-2022. Mk. 5:21-34 - In this study, Pastor Mick teaches through Mk.5:21-34 where we see two specific encounters. One is introduced with a Synagogue ruler named Jairus - which will be concluded in the next study. The other, which is focused on in this study, is with a woman whose healed after 12 years of a blood disease. Mick draws several applications including grabbing on to Jesus and not just "bumping" in to Him.

01-02-2022. Mark 5:1-20 - In this study, Pastor Mick teaches Mk. 5:1-20. We see the incredible deliverance of the demon-possessed man, the value God places on people, and the wild response of the people in opposition to Jesus' miracle. Mick takes us on a walk through the Identity of Jesus, who Demons are and what they do, as well as God's incredible love for a lost sheep.

Matthew 2:1-18 - In this special Christmas weekend message, Pastor Mick walks us through the journey of the Magi to Jerusalem and their encounter with King Herod. We see the completely different hearts & behaviors of the Magi and Herod as they consider an encounter with the new-born King Jesus.

12-19-2021. Mark4:30-41 - In this study, Pastor Mick concludes the 4th Chapter of Mark. After the selected parables teaching the way the Kingdom grows in the individual heart, Jesus takes his disciples on a thrill-ride of a test. Would they let the situation dictate their response, or the promise of Christ? Pastor Mick encourages to hang on to God's word thru trials.
