IRAN: A Real and Present Nuclear Threat to Israel and the United States – Death to America? Annihilation of Israel? Is it time to look within?
When Israel comes to America to speak about the dangers of what is taking place in Iran, you have to ask yourself, “What is going on!?” In a recent ABC News broadcast, journalists shared the events that took place within the crowds of people that were gathered in Tehran, Iran. As President Rouhani delivered a speech on the 36th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, chants of “Death to America” filled the air. As the journalist was speaking with individuals within the crowds, of all the statements to make to the journalists, one man expressed, “stop supporting ISIS......we hear they have your weapons”. While this is happening, Iran has constructed a mock US aircraft carrier for the sole purpose of blowing it up, and done so. A Prager University video details the dangers of a nuclear capable Iran and the 3 enemies of Iran: America, Sunni nations in the Middle East, and ultimately, Israel.
When we look in the Bible, we can see that when God wants to discipline a nation, God turns the leadership of that nation against Israel. Our question cannot be about the reasoning behind the actions of our current leadership. We have to ask ourselves, what have we done to bring about this leadership? We are at that moment in time, just like Elijah at the top of Mount Carmel asking the people to choose who they are going to serve. We have a choice as the church: will we stand with Israel in this critical hour, or not? Hear the full story regarding past actions from Iran, the significance of actions within the nation’s leadership, and so much more.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Delivers Mount Carmel like Speech before Congress: America is at a Cross Roads which path are we going to take?
A monumental event has just occurred as Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has addressed the U.S. Congress. The Prime Minister shared a riveting speech that brought extensive clarity to the nuclear arms negotiations that are currently underway between Iran and the United States. Before understanding the significance of the weighty words that the Prime Minister shared, it is vital to realize what is taking place regarding Iran. In one brief 2 minute video we can have a clear viewpoint of the timelines that Iran is currently limited by within the current constraints of sanction and the nearly unlimited timelines and nuclear abilities if these sanctions are removed.
Prime Minister Netanyahu brought encouraging words as he highlighted the heartening truths about how American’s Congress has stood with Israel and supported Israel. “I want to thank you, Democrats and Republicans, for your common support of Israel. Year after year, decade after decade. I know that no matter in which side of the aisle you sit, you stand with Israel.” He continues to highlight, that in the near 4,000 years of Israel’s history, those that have tried to destroy Israel and the Jewish people have been many. The evil that was witnessed through the actions of Nazi, Germany, is being faced again. This time, through Iran.
Regardless of the aisle you are on, you stand with Israel.
As the nuclear negotiations are currently being discussed, the Prime Minister detailed the two different concessions from these negotiations and their potential outcomes. The first concession would leave Iran with its already existing nuclear infrastructure intact; and the second concession causes all of the existing restrictions upon Iran to expire within 10 years. Neither of these deals are good deals; for Israel, for America, or for the world. When we consider the massive amounts of terrorism sponsored by Iran carried out throughout the world, we can see how the global landscape of humanity would be vastly different if Iran did have nuclear capabilities.
The Prime Minister highlights the reality that we must make the choice that provides the peace and safety of Israel. It is a critical moment when Israel comes to the people of America talking about the survival of their country. We have a choice to make. Will we stand with Israel, or will Israel be forced to defend herself alone? Hear the full speech as the Prime Minister discusses in greater details the effects upon the world of a nuclear Iran, the increased nuclear arms race that will develop in the Middle East, the future onset of the two different concessions, and so much more.

America Rooted in Judeo Christian Principles and Values date back to Before Her Founding
As Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, stresses the long history of the relationships between Israel and the United States to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) audience, it’s important to see just how far back these principles go. For some, it is recognized that America was founded on Judeo-Christian values. It actually goes much further back. Nearly 300 years prior to the signing of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. In 1492, an explorer was given the funds to find a new land for the Jewish people to escape oppression. His name: Christopher Columbus. When George Washington was nearing depletion of his supplies and his resources during the American Revolutionary war, he was in desperate need of funds to support his needs. His answer was a Jewish man, Haym Salomon, to raise the needed funds in order the outfit the troops to carry out the needed battles to ultimately win the war. Nearing the end of his death, when asked how Salomon wanted to be remembered; he ask not for himself to be remembered, but his homeland, Israel to be remembered. By looking at a single dollar bill, you will be surprised at how we still remember what Haym Solomon did. In 2011, the Washington Monument suffered more than 150 cracks in its stone because of the Virgina Earthquake. The restoration needed to repair the damages was $7.5 million. Who finance such a work? America found help and support from the hands of Israel. Philanthropist David Rubenstein, provided all of the funds that were needed and the Washington Monument still stands. The history of America is truly amazing as we see more and more the common thread of the relationship with our Jewish brothers and sisters. Hear the full story of the incredible stories, why it is so vital for us to stand for Israel in our hour of time, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: 4 blood moons, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, AIPAC, David Ben-Gurion, David Rubenstein, stamps, Haym Salomon, Harry Truman, and Christopher Columbus. John and Steve shared during this segment.
Having an Abandoned Heart after God
In these increasing days of darkness, it is so easy to become caught up into all the evil that is taking place across the world. For some, it is easier to simply shut down, to turn off, and turn away. Or, we can seek after God and put our trust in Him. In John 8:12, Jesus said, “I am the light of the world”. Amidst darkness, we can choose the light. As we look through those who God used powerfully, often times, we focus on their boldness and the tenacity of their actions for the gospel; yet we disconnect the process that took place in order for them to get there. Peter was a man that was used powerfully to deliver the message upon the birth of the church where 3,000 came to Christ upon his words. Peter was also the man that denied Jesus; 3 times. What happened in the process? Peter came face to face with his own heart. He had a choice to make.
Paul was another man that was used mightily for the Kingdom. His very hands penned the majority of the New Testament. Book after book written to the churches throughout the land, he wrote from prison. How does that happen? Before Paul was Paul, he was first Saul; “a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man”, as he describes himself in 1 Timothy 1:13. When Saul was on the road to Damascus, he witnessed the brightness of Jesus that caused him to go blind. In one moment, he saw the fullness of who God is, and the fullness of who he was. He was a changed man. He had an abandoned heart.
If we believe that we are any different than Saul, we missed it. We are all lost in our sins if we are apart from Christ. There is no gray area. When we come to Christ, we are made new. If we want to do what Paul did, we must first be willing to see what Saul saw. Will we allow the Holy Spirit to reveal our own hearts to us in order for God to use us in the fullness that He desires? Allow your hunger and tenacity to search out the goodness of God to be greatly stirred and so much more. Also shared in this segment: fishing, persecution, Islam, the Holy Spirit, transformation, abiding, Zac Poonen, cheap 5 cent coin, and humility. Steve and John shared in this segment.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu AIPAC Speech: Our Alliance is Sound; Our Friendship is Strong- Israel and the United States is Family
This is a critical hour for the world, for America, and for the church. Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has arrived in America in preparation for he is to speak before a joint session of Congress. Before the Prime Minister addressed Congress, he delivered an impactful speech of clarity and resolve about the relationships between America and Israel to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). This speech took place on March 3rd. This day is one eve of an Esther fast according to the Jewish Calendar. Looking in the book of Esther, there is a vital similarity between the Jewish people and the world. In the book of Esther, Haman was coming against the entire Jewish people in the land. From the result of the leadership of Queen Esther, and the prayers of the Jewish people, the Jewish people not only survived, but also overcame. In the same way Esther spoke up about the dangers coming against the Jewish people, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has arrived in America to speak about the dangers of a nuclear Iran.
As the Prime Minister brings hope and encouragement, he emphasizes the importance of the relationships between America and Israel. We are like family. As in every family, there are going to be differences.
“Israel and the United States agree that Iran should not have nuclear weapons, but we disagree on the best way to prevent Iran from developing those weapons…….There are important differences between America and Israel. The United States of America is a large country, one of the largest. Israel is a small country, one of the smallest. America lives in one of the world’s safest neighborhoods. Israel lives in the world’s most dangerous neighborhoods. America is the strongest power in the world. Israel is strong but is much more vulnerable. American leaders worry about the security of their country. Israeli leaders worry about the survival of their country.”
This highlights the reality of our need, as the church, to remain vigilant in our prayers and support of Israel. Hear the full speech and the resounding words of clear vision and leadership from Prime Minister Netanyahu, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: AIPAC, Congress, Israel, Esther, fasting, Iran, nuclear arms race, and praying. John and Steve shared in this segment.

Imagine working for a global enterprise, with outlets in every country of the world, operating hospitals, homeless shelters, working with marriages, looking after people from birth until death, and working in the area of behavioral alteration! This is how one man describes what he does, as a reverend. This is the church. How differently would we live our lives and make the decisions that we make if we understood what God has given us and the freedoms that we are allowed in the blessing of America? When Bill Bright received a powerful revelation from the Lord, it greatly impacted how he saw the world and every culture within it. In each and every culture, there are 7 spheres of culture. These are so significant we can call them mountains of culture: family, the church, arts & entertainment, media, business, government, and education. Whoever is in leadership of these respective areas can dictate the direction that an entire nation can go. In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus gives us the call to,” Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” We are called to make disciples in the 7 different mountains of culture, regardless of where we are.
The Bible reveals the journey of one king over Israel, Josiah. The book of 2nd Kings walks us through his leadership over an entire nation and how he was awakened to the reality of his nation, what God’s perspective was of that reality, and ultimately how he responded. As an American, one may distance themselves from that story. After all, that story was about a king. In America, there is a President. We may come across our own awakening moment when we realize who the true kings are of America. Be empowered as you hear the mighty ability and responsibility that are to be carried out in these present and trying moments, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: 7 mountains of culture, Bill Bright, Christ for the Nations, Kamal Saleem, disciples, Babylon, voting, empowerment, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and repentance. We Have Reached Critical Mass; You Can Not Remain on the Sidelines: Stand Vocally, Publically, Prayerfully for Israel
As we look across the landscape of the world, there are beautiful areas in every area of the world; mountains, beaches, rolling hills, islands and so much more! In this creation, there are more than 7 billion people that reside on the Earth. Why is it, with all of these people, of all the different areas of land, Israel is repeatedly in the news? To look even deeper; why is Jerusalem such a point of interest for the nations of the world? Why does this matter? This is God’s land and the Jewish people are God’s people. The Bible says in Joel 3:2 “I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel, because they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land.” As we read these words, we get a stark reality of the times that we are in when we look at the decisions that this current administration has done toward the State of Israel and the Jewish people.
Before this current administration even began, the platform at the Democratic National Convention did not recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. When former White House spokesman Jay Carney was directly asked what the administration recognizes as the capital of Israel, he effectively avoided giving an answer, twice. We cannot forget the perspective that Susan Rice, United States National Security Advisor, shared regarding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s upcoming visit to Congress while speaking with Charlie Rose, “it’s destructive of the fabric of the relationship”. When Israeli journalist, Caroline Glick, was interviewed by Glenn Beck, he asked her what the Israeli people’s perspective was on America. Her response highlights the sobering reality that we’re walking through right now.
On March 3rd, Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu will be travelling to the United States to speak to Congress. This is a critical juncture. Church, we have a responsibility to stand with the Jewish people, to stand with Benjamin Netanyahu and to stand with Israel. What will we do? To refuse to make a choice is to make a choice. The time for silence cannot endure any longer. It is time for us to be bold in our allegiance for Israel and for God. Hear the beacon call of what is taking place and so much more.
