  • The Power of Hope
John, Pat and Steve share how critical it is for us not only to have hope in these challenging and difficult days, but we must also have our hope accurately placed, in Jesus Christ. Having hope is having the expectation that something is going to happen. Bad things happen in life. But, we must not fixate our thoughts on bad memories, tragedies or happenings; doing so causes anxiety, fear, and ultimately misery. Sometimes, we can also misplace our hope; whether it is in a job, or a relationship. Regardless of what type of disaster you are facing, whether natural or personal, be encouraged as you find out how to accurately place your hope in the One who came to give you hope, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: vacation, traffic tickets, disaster, thoughts, and hope.

  • San Francisco Earthquake “Worst Earthquake in 25 years”
John, Pat and Steve share about the recent news of the 6.0 earthquake that shook California’s Central city of Napa and the surrounding areas. Over 100 have been injured but miraculously there have been no deaths because of the earthquake. Residents in the surrounding areas were awakened out of their sleep with the lengthened shakings for 10-20 seconds.
There have been prophetic words regarding California and the increase of natural disaster and calamities that will be increasing across the globe. The days witnessed today are these days. Rick Joyner previously released a prophetic word regarding those praying about California, “Do not pray if you should go; pray if you should stay.”
As the foundations under our feet are increasingly shaking, today we can begin right by building our lives on what cannot be shaken, Jesus Christ. If we put our hope in anything other than God we will be disappointed. Disregarding the words and teachings of Jesus Christ is like building our homes (our lives) on sand. Find out how you can have a solid foundation in your life whether you face natural disaster, a personal disaster, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: ABC, crisis, foundations, natural disaster, Napa Valley, Rick Joyner, John Paul Jackson, Perfect Storm, and prayer.

Rick Joyner’s Book: The Harvest – Ch. 10 The Persecution – Part 3
John, Pat and Steve continue the enlightening conversation about Rick Joyner’s book, The Harvest. A book that was written more than 25 years ago, it details events that are to occur. Twenty-five years later many of the prophetic words have come to pass. Recently, there has been an increasing persecution against the Body of Christ throughout the world, with the exception of the West, the United States. Rick Joyner writes in intricate detail of some of the staggering realities that are about to take place within America. Amidst this, there is a coming a harvest of souls into the Kingdom of God that will be greater than any other time in history.
We cannot be blind to the lies and schemes of the devil. Evil is evil and evil is real. There is a coming persecution that will expose the motives and intentions of many within the church. The present day church is vastly different from the church in the days of the Bible. Satan has a strategy to utterly humiliate the church. As the church, we have two choices: we can either humble ourselves, or be humiliated. In the days that are coming, humility will come upon the church. In the early church, to be in a leadership position within the church was to place your loved ones in a place of danger. “However, in the West, a church leader now has more in common with a corporate executive than its biblical counterpart.” Continual accusation against the body of Christ will increase. We must not judge each other based on what is seen on the outside, but recognize each other by our fruit through the Spirit.
When past events and actions of the present-day church are taken into account, there is a resemblance of the world in the church. Much of what the world has done, the church has imitated. When the church stops basing its position in the eyes of men, and solely on what God says, the church will take on a vastly different reality. Everything in this life is “for the eyes of One” Jesus Christ. Getting this reality frees us from the confines of the opinions of others. Enjoy this heart felt conversation of what is coming upon the church, how to endure, the exciting outcomes that God has for those who endure, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: persecution, accusation, false testimony, pornography, fads, Bob Jones, hirelings, faithful, crisis, and humility.

U.S. and the U.K. report British Born Rapper is main Suspect in the
    Beheading of Journalist James Foley
John, Pat and Steve continue the conversation about the devastating reality of American Journalist James Foley’s brutal murder. Reports have recently been made known that suspects are being strategically narrowed down. The person being highlighted is suspected London rapper Abdel Majed Abdel Bary as the executioner of James Foley. According to the “New York Daily News”, what is additionally surprising is Bary’s father, Abdel Abdul Bary, “an Egyptian militant who is facing terrorism charges in connection with Al Qaeda’s twin 1998 bombings at the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania that killed 224 people.”
In addition, fellow captives of James Foley share about a letter that James wrote to family back home. According to the Facebook group, “Free James Foley, he asked fellow hostages to commit portions of his letter to memory, in order to keep the message to arrive safely to loved ones back home. James talks about specific memories with family and future plans upon his release. Reading his letter will absolutely touch your heart. “I know you are thinking of me and praying for me. And I am so thankful. I feel you all especially when I pray. I pray for you to stay strong and to believe. I really feel I can touch you even in this darkness when I pray.”
Amidst such a tragedy, as the Church it is important for us to continue to pray; that everyone being held captive for their faith in Christ, to be released. You can read the entire letter James wrote, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: ISIS, terrorism, acts of war, golf, Saeed Abedini, Miriam Ibrahim, Sgt. Rick Joyner’s Book: The Harvest – Ch. 10 The Persecution – Part 2
John, Pat, and Steve continue the conversation of Rick Joyner’s book, The Harvest. A book that came about from a vision revealed to Rick more than 25 years ago has brought to light many of the realities that are coming to pass today. In a portion of this vision, Rick saw significant persecution coming to the church. In light of the persecution that is being seen in countries such as North Korea, China, and Northern Iraq, it is a wakeup call for the church in the West. The church will be greatly humiliated before its greatest advances. Amidst these moments of humiliation, it will come from the hands and mouths of many accusers who are against the church. It is vital to understand that a spirit of discernment is vital in these days. We must continually remind ourselves that our enemy is not human beings, it is spiritual, and it is the devil. Either through humbling ourselves or being humiliated, humility will come. Humility is our greatest defense in these moments. We must guard ourselves not to take part with the tongues of accusation, to remember to encourage each other and to lift one another up in prayer. The greatest demonstration of humility is Jesus Christ Himself. During the last 24 hours of his life, amidst everyone, everything coming against Him, Jesus said nothing. Amidst the increasing persecution coming against those who are standing for Jesus Christ, be encouraged how to stand amidst the difficulty of the days ahead, and so much more.
