  • Saudia Arabia Partnering with Israel?
Greg, John, and Pat discuss how Saudi Arabia is partnering with Israel. According to “Jerusalem Online”, “Israel and Saudi Arabia will work together in case of an Iran attack”. This is in stark contrast to what the Muslim Brotherhood has been empowered to do in Egypt and in other countries around the world. In their efforts to depose leaders their plan included kings. The last thing any leader or person for that matter would want in the Middle East is an arms race for nuclear weapons and that is exactly what will happen if Iran is able to develop nuclear weapons. They continued to discuss how they suspect that the arms race with Russia was fueled by Russia being able to send a rocket to into space. If they could do that then it is possible to put a warhead on a rocket and strike the United States. It shows the United States vulnerability. You are presently seeing a shift were Russia is taking front and center on the world stage with events like the G20, surrendering to them the Arab League, Syria, and the Olympics not to mentions Forbes magazine listing Russian’s President as the most powerful man. It’s time to stay alert and pray to share the gospel with everyone including Muslims in the Middle East. God loves all mankind.

  • Dear God send us Players not Fans:
Greg, John, and Pat discuss asking God for players and not fans. They discussed how many people today enjoy being fans of their favorite sports team. They wear their favorite player’s jersey, shout in the stands and are filled with adrenaline as they watch as if they were on the field themselves as a player. Today many Christians are fans and not players on the field. They show up to all the conference/ stadium events get their “player devotional” all while they watch and see “their “favorite “players”. There is a distinct difference between players and fans. They further discussed how David was a player. He stepped up to the plate while the rest of Israel was hiding out instead of fighting the Philistines and Goliath. The fans were hiding behind the rocks. They further discuss the difference between fans and players and one of those things is that players are willing to throw off anything to get in and stay in the game. They trained physically and make adjustments in their diet and prepare themselves to do whatever they have to do to play in the game. Players are ready to take orders from God. They encourage us to throw off a religious spirit. Religion wants to destroy you. Do not be merely deceived. Paul beat his flesh so he would not be disqualified. Players do not think it strange to do what God called you to do. Run your race with perseverance, don’t let sin entangle you get free and get in the game.

  • 2nd Amendment The “Hero” Complex; Heroes Die Too
2nd Amendment The “Hero” Complex; Heroes Die Too - Getting Gun Wisdom
Greg, John, and Pat discuss the 2nd Amendment and the “hero” complex and that heroes die too. They continue to discuss how there is much talk today about the 2nd Amendment many Americans feel empowered by their 2nd Amendment right to bear arms and to purchase a gun. However, they further discuss some simple realities regarding gun ownership. One is that just by purchasing a fire arm that doesn’t make one smarter or physically stronger than they were before they purchased the gun. Meaning if you didn’t have any intelligence or wisdom before you purchased your firearm you still don’t have any once you do. If you were a coward before purchasing a firearm now that you purchased one you are still a coward but you are a coward with a fire arm. They continue to underscore the importance of having wisdom when one decides to purchase a firearm. Greg shares from years of law enforcement experience on how law enforcement go through continuing training on when to use a firearm. Today we are seeing a hero complex among some who have armed themselves thinking they will take justice into their own hands and pull out a gun on a potential suspect. They share that if you are in a mall and there is “bad guy” person doing others harm and you think because you have a fire arm that you are going to save the day and pull out your gun and shoot the suspect this is not exercising wisdom. This is not wise, for one when the police arrive they don’t know if you are the suspect or since all they see is you with a gun all they can assume is that you are the suspect. The other thing that happens when you decide you are going to be a hero because you have hero complex is that you are going to put innocent bystanders in harm’s way and there is a strong possibility that it will result in loss of life even your own. We are reminded that as Christians we should not be aggressive regarding the 2nd Amendment but rather have an attitude that is grateful for it but one who also understands that humility must be exercised with such liberty. They continue to give us perspective as they share a scenario in which the hero thinks that he is the only one who has the “hero” complex but there may be thirty of you with the same “hero” complex at the same time trying to respond with your firearms at the same time trying to shoot at a suspect of which you have no authority to apprehend and there is a great risk of death and loss of life you place before innocent bystanders. They caution us to seek wisdom, do away with a “hero” complex and get proper training on how and when to use a firearm and exercising your 2nd Amendment rights.

  • Praying for Those In Authority
Praying for Those In Authority; Desire of God, Requirement for Peace & Hope for Salvation
Greg, John, and Pat discuss the importance and praying for our authorities. The Bible tells us in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” They continue to discuss how praying for those in authority blesses us with the ability to live godly and holy lives. They further discuss that praying for our authorities means praying in a way that honors them and according to God’s will not what some have called praying but in reality is cursing. They continue to discuss an interview between Kenneth Copeland and Allan Barton as they discuss how its’ not just important to pray for our elected officials in Washington, D.C. but how we need to pray for the staffs of our elected representative. Although we may be familiar with about 12 to 15 bills that have been in the news but in reality there are 10 to 13,000 bills that come before our elected officials. To give perspective of what that really means, Allan Barton says the IRS regulations alone consist of 4.2 million words which is six times the size of the entire Bible. They obviously can’t read all of them and that is why there is staff to read through every bill to make sure bills are aligned with the values of the people that elected their representative. They further discuss the need and importance to raise up godly staffers that will serve elected representative whose values are aligned with our founding fathers, meaning constitutional, and with God’s. They encourage us to pray for our authorities and their staff members by name so that our elected officials are not steered away or misled from some information that is vital for him or her to know. Along the same lines we are encouraged to pray for College and University Presidents as many don’t see Christians in a favorable light. Not to mention that 71-80 percent of Christian college students renounce their faith after attending secular college. Of those who attend Christian colleges 50 percent renounce their faith in Jesus Christ after attending. We have surrendered our college campuses to darkness. They encourage us to pray for the college Presidents by name and even get a picture of them to remind us to keep them continually in our prayers. Let’s stand together and pray for those who are in authority.

  • Don't Be Distracted! Keep Your Eyes on Israel
Greg, John, and Pat discuss the importance of not being distracted by what is happening in regards to Affordable Care Act but instead keep your eyes on Israel. They continue to discuss that the great distraction happening right now in Washington, D.C. is designed to distract us from what is happening right now in Israel. They continue to discuss how there is a goal that exist out there to crash this country. They also encourage us not to disassociate ourselves from the representative that we sent to Washington, D.C. including the President either by choice or complacency, these are our representatives. They encourage us to pray for the staff of our elected officials who many times are tasked with the responsibility of scrubbing potential legislation against the values the American people actually sent the representative to represent. They further discuss that while this distraction is taking place the Secretary of the United States is threatening Israel with a 3rd war with promise of chaos if Israel does not comply. He made reference to Israel feeling safe today but that will not always be the case tomorrow. If you don’t comply then your neighbors, the Palestines, will turn against you. There is a strategy to take Israel down one just has to look how current events are unfolding even the rise of Russia and Forbes magazine naming Russian President Vladimir Putin as the most powerful man in the world. They further discussed how some of our representatives in Washington DC allegedly were told by this administration and Secretary Kerry to ignore what Israel is saying. They were told to just say no to anything that Israel says without providing context or evidence. It’s time for the church to wake up. At the same time everyone in the country is focused on getting their “aspirins” while Israel, the apple of God’s eye, is being threatened. If today you hear the prophetic voice and do nothing destruction is soon approaching. It’s time to stand for Israel privately, publicly, financially, and most of all prayerfully. Support organizations like C.U.F.I. Christians United for Israel as they hold our elected representatives to God’s holy fire.

  • Getting Free from a Binding Religious Spirit
Getting Free from a Binding Religious Spirit; Next Step for the American Church
Greg, John and Pat as they discuss getting free from a religious spirit. They continue to discuss how the religious spirit is one of the toughest things the church has to contend with. However, Jesus came to set us free. There are people in the church that want to do a whole lot of things in the name of God except hear from God. This is the same spirit Jesus had to contend with when he walked the face of the earth. The religious spirit of the day actually thought they were right. This spirit responds in a critical way when rebuked. A religious spirit has taken over someone when they can respond and criticize and be judgmental of others who are doing something for God while they do nothing. If you are doing something for God and you listen to that spirit and entertain what is being communicated what you are doing for God can be snuffed out. They point there finger saying you should do this and that and assume places of authority all the while they don’t lift a finger to help. They continue to discuss how this same religious spirit was at work when Smith Wigglesworth wrote a letter to a college administration regarding the power of God and the miracles that were taking place and they mailed it back circling all of his grammatical errors. They further discuss that you have a religious spirit when you can wear cross earrings and dress in a way that exposes your private body parts to the world. You have a religious spirit when you are concerned with “doing church” and have no regard for the fruit, souls, and the truth. They further discuss the many ways the religious spirit can manifest in someone’s life all the while minimizing and or flat out ignore the word of God, “doing church” with no emphasis on truly “being” the church. They discuss how a religious spirit focuses on not saying certain curse words while they are living the curse words out with no problem even to the detriment of their children as they watch their parent’s contradictory lifestyle. You are confusing people. You say you are for God but your actions line up with those of Lucifer. America and the church are bound by a religious spirit and if this doesn’t faze you, you too may be bound by the same spirit. You alone will be responsible for your own life. They further discuss the prophetic word given by prophet Bob Jones regarding how God’s prophets will be bringing purity to the message that is being preached. The Lord is calling forth a mature remnant and he alone is able to set you free from a religious spirit. Speak wisdom to the mature and they encourage us to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith and if we indeed know the Jesus we profess, then abide, and get discipled. Promotion is coming to those who abide.

  • Just Being the Light in the midst of Darkness
Greg, John, and Pat discuss the importance of just being the light in the midst of darkness a key for a third great awakening. They continue to discuss how it’s going to be some of the best of times and worst of times. Anything that causes a man to look up is a good thing but sad that it would take something like that but God is okay with that. This nation has tried everything from drugs, business, and relationships just about anything to try to fix an addiction. There is going to be a great harvest where many people will come to the Lord. If you just focus on being the light in the midst of great darkness people will see the light and come to the Lord. People today are reaping from some of the poor choices they have made and are ripe for the harvest. If you hold fast on the edge of faith that you profess mighty things will happen. We must never forget that Satan comes in as an angel of light. Politics is not the answer no matter how compelling their words are. Jesus never ran for political office. God did not overthrow Pilate or Pharaoh and made Nebuchadnezzar his servant. The way we change America is by being a faithful witness for Jesus Christ in our cities and we change the regions of our country for the glory of God and people give their lives to Jesus. By reaching people for the Lord just by simply being the light in darkness then those who have given their lives to Jesus will elect representatives that reflect biblical principles. Our hope and answers are not in who is in Washington, D.C. but rather in Jesus Christ himself.

  • Uh Yes We Should Pray Publicly!
John, and Pat discuss how we should pray publicly. They continue to discuss what is now being considered in the Supreme Court and what Cal Thomas has written about and that is should we pray in private or in public. Cal Thomas has written an article titled “What did Jesus say on Public Prayer?” They further discussed that there are times that people need to see us pray publicly. Jesus taught on prayer and had no problem praying publicly for the benefit of others. All this is happening while Muslims have prayers going out several times a day for all to hear. Christians are being told they can’t bring Jesus up before a government body. The reason is they are threatened by what is real, Jesus. Jesus is alive, He is Lord. Muhammad is not God. False prophets are treated well because they are false but Christians serve the one true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

  • Over 1 Million Children Sex Trafficked A Year World Wide
John, Greg, and Pat discuss how there are over 1 million sex trafficked children a year around the world. They continue to share the importance of having an awareness of this tragedy so that as the church we can pray and seek justice for all slaves including those that have been sex trafficked. CBN reports “Selling children for profit is a multi-billion dollar global industry, and it's getting worse. More than 1 million children are trafficked worldwide each year, and 43 percent are forced into sexual slavery. Great Britain and the United States may have abolished slavery more than 150 years ago, but today human enslavement and sexual trafficking is widespread, affecting 160 countries worldwide.” They encourage us to pray and get involved in ending sex trafficking. Pray that God would send laborers. They continue to share how we just didn’t get here these are Ahab’s and Jezebel’s gods we have not dealt with. They continue to share a video from Glenn Beck as he shares an organization that has raised up from former FBI, CIA, Navy Seals and other former military personnel to go and rescue children that are currently being sexed trafficked all around the world today. The organization is called O.U.R. Operation Underground Railroad. Children as young as 5 years old are being abused over and over again. They continue to discuss how God is answering prayers of many who have prayed against the sex traffic trade and the traffickers are being brought to justice and children are being set free. They encourage us to pray and support ministries like Exodus Cry and organizations like Operation Underground Railroad to seek justice on behalf of the voiceless and helpless victims of the sex trafficking.

  • Having a Biblical World View
Greg, John, and Pat discuss the importance and the difference having a biblical world view makes versus having a horizontal worldly view of the world. They discuss how often times we can stay stuck in one way of looking at things that we fail to see that there is a distinct difference in views . In fact in terms of having a biblical world view George Barna, of Barna Group, conducted a study regarding worldview and found out that only 9 percent of Americans have a biblical world view. According to George Barna’s survey this is how they defined a biblical worldview “ as believing that absolute moral truth exists; the Bible is totally accurate in all of the principles it teaches; satan is considered to be a real being or force, not merely symbolic; a person cannot earn their way into Heaven by trying to be good or do good works; Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth; and God is the all-knowing, all-powerful creator of the world who still rules the universe today. In the research, anyone who held all of those beliefs was said to have a biblical worldview.” America is thinking, acting, and talking in a narrow horizontal view. They are only thinking from a horizontal perspective and the only time they allow a biblical perspective to enter their mind is when they attend their church gatherings once or twice a week. The question is; is it America’s fault for thinking horizontally or your fault as a Christian for not living vertically? If you don’t act vertically as a Christian how will the world do differently? With that in mind they continue to discuss the global phenomenon of atheist mega churches that are popping up all over the United States and the world. These are folks who like the community of people gathering and connecting with others but no mention of God. This should not be what the church does either when it meets. When the church gathers it should be to worship Jesus Christ. We have to get back to the fear of the Lord. They continue to discuss that when Egyptian magicians threw down their staffs and it became a serpent Moses did the same but his serpent ate the serpents of the Egyptians. Moses said it another way when he said how will they know you are with us unless your presence comes? What differentiates us from others or a group gathering is the presence of the Lord. The apostle Paul warned the church day and night that wolves would come in. Our church gatherings are not about us they are supposed to be all about Jesus. If they are not about Jesus than we must check ourselves and examine if we or those who profess to gather in the name of God actually know the God they profess.
