Podcast - The Greg Lancaster Show, Live from the Glory Zone.

John, Pat, and Chris share about how a man who was golfing with friends was swallowed up by the ground and fell 18 feet underground. It is reported that the man once he was swallowed up by the earth thought about what just happened to the man in Florida when the earth opened up under his bed and took him down 100 feet. The golfer's friends were able to rescue the golfer with a 12 foot ladder and rope. They encourage us to look at both of these incidents as a warning for us to inspect our own lives. Misfortune does follow some people. It's time to evaluate our own lives. We may even be in a spiritual sinkhole today and feel like at any moment we can be taken down and have the earths walls cave in on us. All you have to do is cry out to God, repent, and turn to him. The Lord 's arm is long enough to get you out.

John, Pat and Chris share about how Christians today are being taken down into captivity by the devil. They are walking around defeated, hopeless, and bound by sin. Some continually pray for satan to leave their life but he doesn't. They continue to share from James 4:7 submit yourselves, then to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. The devil has taken so many believers down because they are not resisting him as God's word instructs us to. In fact, they have done the opposite and have allowed him on their couches and allowed him to sing to them Satan's lullaby lulling many in the church to sleep. They continue to sound the alarm for the church to wake up and understand that they must have a revelation of how much satan hates them and desires to take them out. He is a thief that comes to steal, kill and destroy. We are able to resist him when we submit ourselves to God and to His ways. We resist the devil by abiding in God's word and deal with the devil just like Jesus did... "It is written!"

Pat, John, and Chris encourage us to hold what God has given us loosely. They continue to share about the rich young ruler in Luke 18 and how he held on tightly to his wealth instead of being willing to let it go to follow God and inherit more of what God had for him. If we hold tight to what the Lord has given us and are not open to let it go, how can God ever give us more?

John, Pat, and Chris discuss recent reporting by CBN that Christians in Pakistan are being persecuted and 200 of them have had their homes burned. The Christians are being persecuted by Muslims. They remind us of the VFNRadio segment entitled JJ, Jesus and Jews on Christians preaching that Jesus, the Son of God, is the only way to God and that is seen as adversarial to the Koran where Mohamed writes that Jesus is not the Son of God and that He will have to come back and repent for calling Himself the Son of God. They encourage us to pray for the persecuted church in Pakistan to have grace to endure the persecution and for the Kingdom of God to rapidly spread through Pakistan with millions giving their hearts to Jesus.

Greg, John and Pat share about a program called Scared Straight. The program is about young boys who have gotten into trouble, delinquents, and they participated in this program where correction officers and inmates share their time with nothing to gain with the hopes of preventing any young boys to come to prison. They continue to share about all the people that have been warned over the years and about the dangers of sin and going to hell with the hope for them to turn and give their lives to Jesus. Some turned some didn't ending up in devastated conditions of broken marriages, heart attacks, incarcerated and even death. This is the condition of America. Sin is crouching at your door God said to Cain. Stop sinning and do what's right. God loves you and recognizes your condition but you will have to humble yourself, cry out to God and He will empower you to walk with Him.

He invites us to come to him; all that are weary, burdened, wiped out, beat and drained and he will give you rest for your souls. He wants us to take His yoke.
