BIO: "Captain" Ron Janix has been immersed in the UFO/paranormal community for many years. Through reading and listening to experts, working with various conferences, and doing hundreds of interviews, Ron has built up an extensive knowledge of the subject. He began podcasting with the Elevate The Conversation show back in 2014, and then moved on to the Truth Be Told show along with Tony Sweet.
In April 2021, Ron founded The Observation Deck, an online source for information on speakers and events in and around the UFO community.  Additionally, he also launched a podcast entitled The Observation Desk, that focused on where his passion lies — new theories and discoveries in the areas of Science, Technology, History, and the Paranormal.
In early 2023, Ron and Gordon Pekrul became the new Co-Owners  and Producers of Contact in the Desert, the world’s largest UFO-themed Conference. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Disclosure Alliance, headquartered in Los Angeles.

BIO: Kevin Day is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Operations Specialist who specialized in radar systems. He is a TOPGUN air intercept controller with more than 20 years experience in strike group air defense including war-time operations. In November of 2004, off the coast of San Diego, Kevin was a radar operator on the USS Princeton, part of the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group. Over several days unknown objects were observed on radar. On several occasions, aircraft were directed to find the objects. The pilots reported seeing 40 foot-long Tic Tac shaped objects that performed remarkable maneuvers beyond the capability of our aircraft. This incident was made famous in a New York Times article in December 2017 in which it was also revealed the Pentagon had a secretive UFO investigation program.

BIO: Robert Powell is a founding Board member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), a 300-member organization with the mission of bringing science to the investigation of UFOs. He was the Director of Research at MUFON from 2007-2017 and created MUFON's Science Review Board in 2012. Robert is one of two authors of the detailed radar/witness report on the "Stephenville Lights" as well as the SCU report "UAP: 2013 Aguadilla, Puerto Rico". He is also the primary author on the recently published paper, "A Forensic Analysis of Navy Carrier Strike Group Eleven’s Encounter with an Anomalous Aerial Vehicle" and a secondary author of a paper published in the journal Entropy entitled, "Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles." Robert is a member of the Society for Scientific Exploration, the UFODATA project, and the National Space Society. Robert has just released a new book in April 2024: UFOs: A Scientist Explains What We Know (And Don’t Know). He is also a co-author of a book published in July 2012: UFOs and Government: A Historical Inquiry and is an author of a book designed for children published in Nov. 2020 entitled, The Truth About UFOs: A Scientific Perspective. 
Robert has a BS in Chemistry and is a former collegiate debater. He has 28 years of experience in engineering management in the semiconductor industry. He helped Advanced Micro Devices develop its first flash memory technology that is used in today’s flash cards for cameras, PCs, video cameras, and other products. His experience includes managing a state-of-the-art chemistry laboratory and managing a Research and Development group that worked on nanotechnology using atomic force microscopes, near-field optical microscopy, and other techniques. Robert is also a co-holder of four patents related to nanotechnology. Robert currently resides in Austin, Texas.

He earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA from University of Oklahoma. He received his Master’s in Foreign Affairs from Naval War College. His military service took him to Japan, South Korea, Iraq, Guam, and Germany, as well as to Virginia, Rhode Island, Nebraska, Minnesota, Washington, and California. He brings an international and military perspective to his writings. He resides in Jellico, Tennessee. BIO: Andy Marcial is a researcher of 20+ yrs who was forced down the rabbit hole after very personal and life changing close encounters. Andy's entire life all he has done is try to understand what he's seen and why he went through what he went through. It changed him and showed him that there is an entire reality out there beyond human comprehension. It also drove him to reach out to others like himself because of how psychologically damaging this can be.
