Podfix Presents

The Invisible Man (1897) is one of the most famous science fiction novels of all time. Written by H.G. Wells (1866-1946), it tells the story of a scientist who discovers the secret of invisibility and uses it on himself. The story begins as the Invisible Man, with a bandaged face and a heavy coat and gloves, takes a train to lodge in a country inn whilst he tries to discover the antidote and make himself visible again. The book inspired several films and is notable for its vivid descriptions of the invisible man--no mean feat, given that you can't see him! (Summary by Alex Foster)

EPISODE: S3E22: Barnes And Bombos

ORIGINAL AIR DATE: June 14 2020

DESCRIPTION:  In this week's episode, the boys dive deep into Devon's past. Whether or not they're anywhere near accurate doesn't matter. The backstory that was created is truly one of the greatest they've ever come up with. This episode also sees Michael enter the circus as "Turbo Man" to try and figure out who murdered the brother of one of the circus owners. Truly the stuff Season Finales are made of.

Plus, our intern competition gets ugly as our celebrity candidate turns on Lou. Thanks for listening.

EPISODE: S321: Devon's Deviled Eggs

ORIGINAL AIR DATE: June 7 2020

DESCRIPTION:  Oh sweet....this episode has a laser rifle. Yet another way we can potentially destroy KITT. Or maybe just disable some of his key features. Maybe some features that he would need in this episode, perhaps? In the immortal words of Greg, "It doesn't matter."
