"But wait!" You surely are saying as you listen to the audio. "What about me?" ...Don't worry, we still got you with piping hot, fresh PodGis every week, the same way you've always enjoyed it. Even though PodGis has gone video, audio episodes will continue as scheduled, with the promise that I, Al Val, will do my best to be mindful of my audio listeners and not get too physical with my antics.

Heyoooo Happy Easter! Hide an egg!

In this post-Easter episode Algis talks about being raised Catholic and the things she was taught about Jesus' resurrection and the gates of heaven, the limits to her very Canadian recent successes, botox and facial feminization surgery, early memories with her closest friends (including a commercial for Johnsonville brats), and concludes with an enthusiastic set of observations regarding the Jesus Christ Superstar musical.

Hurdling over a bizarre riff about a waterlogged corpse, she proceeds to hit her stride in speaking on belonging to a pirate conclave with her fans, her recent experience rocking out on guitar onstage at a live performance of Dan Galea's "Inter-Dan-Mensional", background singing techniques, a new botox opportunity that she's conflicted about, and closes out the podcast airing her grievances about Succession's very 'inside-ball' writing.

Algis comes right out this episode by having a quick laugh about bowler Pete Weber's famous clip, but then takes a bit more of a serious tone in lieu of more gun violence news in America. She discusses her opinions on guns in America, before pivoting back out of the serious stuff into some funny observations on the weather - yes, the WEATHER! - before concluding with a touching tale of a recent first-time experience she had dancing the night away at a rave!

Val AKA ALGIS Kicks off the podcast in a dirty dirty way, commenting on her waterless predicament and how difficult a time she's been having lately combobulating her life together. She then proceeds to talk about commercial auditions and doing them over Zoom, being accused of doing "womanface", and spends a while on a few clankers of the week, including dogpilers, a stranger who defensively shared an insulting video, and an abusive "trans ally" on TikTok.
