Remember when you were a kid and couldn't sit still?
Well, guess what?
That wiggle might just be your golden ticket!
I always say, 'motion equals focus'.
When you're feeling stuck, get up, stretch out, or take a walk.
Bet you didn't know that lactic acid can be like jet fuel for your brain, huh?
I love to sneak in some quick sprints first thing in the morning, and bam! It's like I've got reindeer powering my day.
Ok that's the last Christmas reference honestly!
