PodQuest

Welcome back for another does of PodQuest, where we talk about everything that happened at Gamescom and then some! This week we start out with a little bit of sad as we discuss the recent death of Robin Williams. We don't dwell on it long as we're all rather upset by it still.

Once things get moving though we pretty much talk about everything that happened at Gamecoms this past week! Lots of news like P.T. and the trailer for Silent Hills it reveals, and that's just one of many things we get to chatting about on a giant sized episode of PodQuest! Outside of Gamescom news we also chat a bit about Doctor who, Inhumans, and Philly's public transportation.

Some of the other stuff we touch on include Until Dawn, Assassin's Creed: Unity, Metal Gear, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Quantum Break, and plenty more! This week's hosts are Chris, Eric, Drootin, and Walnut. Pisko was gonna join us, but he felt it was more important to see Book of Mormon in Philly.

As always don't forget to send us emails at social(at)one-quest.com for questions, comments, requests, whatever! We just want to hear from you wonderful people.

Most of the regulars were busy this week, but fear not it's the return of Erica and Audra to the podcast! Eric and Chris sit down with our significant others and talk about our plans for the upcoming New York Comic Con in October, then segue into a lot of video games news. I'm sure you guessed that from the title though!

It's not a week full of exciting news, but it's certainly more than you'd expect for August between E3 and Gamescon. Aside from chatting about Bioware, and zombie games, including the Resident Evil remakster(?) we get some chatting in about Hyrule Warriors, Assassin's Creed Rogue, and even some non-video game related stuff like movies, television, and comic books oh my!

As always if you've got questions, comments, suggestions, pictures of your cat doing something silly, or just about anything else shoot them over to social(at)on-quest.com and put a smile on Eric's grumpy face.

Warning the first 3 minutes contain some Guardians of the Galaxy spoilers, so you may want to skip to about 3:50-4:00 minutes into the show.

Aside from some GoG spoilers, we don't talk much about the movie. Instead we delve into the remastered Last of Us, Walnut saw Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles early, Destiny's end game, and Drootin's love of NHL 94.

This week's hosts include Chris, Eric, Drootin, & Walnut.

On this week's PodQuest we have plenty to chat about. We talk EA's delaying of Battlefield Hardline and Dragon Age Inquisition, more Destiny Beta, and some of the more exciting news out of San Diego Comic Con 2014! Of course as usual we get side tracked and deal with some unexpected events and talk about how much we don't like yard work, unless your yard is all mint, then it's pretty sweet.

Once again, this week's hosts are Eric, Drootin, Walnut, and myself (Chris). So come on down and enjoy the show!

After a few Snafu's last week, which we talk about first, we get into a long talk about the recently launched (on Playstation) Destiny Beta. That's prime chunk of this week's episode, but we still get some movie and comic book talk in by discussing the Avengers Now changes Marvel is doing, and how they may effect the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Also a little discussion on how people are dumb for hating that Falcon slept with that girl who aged quickly.

This week's hosts are Eric, Drootin, Walnut, and myself (Chris).

Make sure to check out our Facebook and Twitter, and send us some emails to social(at)one-quest.com with questions and things for us to talk about on the next episode!

We've got a special episode for everyone today! Due to busy schedules and power outages we weren't able to record episode 13 as we originally planned it. But lucky for all you wonderful people we've got our beta episode with Eric, Drootin, and myself (Chris) testing out using Skype and our other recording equipment a few weeks before we did Episode 1 at SJ GeekFest. And if you listen carefully you'll notice we're still calling ourselves Talky Time, as this was before we did our Facebook Poll to pick the final name.

We didn't really go into this episode with any plans, but we outside of the website talk, random inside jokes, and chat about our personal lives we managed to get some good nerd chat going on. This should give you more of an insight into us as people too, not that you really needed that.

You can expect to her us talk some meta show stuff, inside jokes, stories, Spider-Man, and video games like Infamous, Final Fantasy and more!

We ran into a little technical difficulty this week, so the audio quality is great. Hopefully you'll look past that towards some fantastic talks about the newest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trailer, Indie Game talk, and Walnut recapping his time at Too Many Games 2014. And those are just the big points, we've got plenty of random sidetracking as you've come to expect from PodQuest.

This week the hosts are Chris, Eric, Drootin, & Walnut.

There wasn't a lot of news this week, so episode 10 of PodQuest is a very special episode featuring Eric and his wife Audra and me(Chris) and my fiancé Erica who help us talk about a whole lot of nothing. It's the Seinfeld of podcasts, unless there's already one, then I'm a liar and I apologize.

We're all over the place this week, from movies, comics, games, donkey shows, and I try to recap some of my experiences at Wizard World Philly this past weekend (6/19 - 6/22). So sit back, get a drink, and enjoy a whole lot of random!

Also Alan Tudyk is the coolest guy ever.

This week's MONSTER SIZED episode is all about E3, well not all about E3, but mostly. We spend the majority of this weeks episodes breaking down our favorite and least favorite parts of this years big press conferences. As usually we lose track and spiral out control, but eventually find out way back. We also discover Vogel is a bad husband, but we all kinda assumed that already. This weeks is a big host week, with Eric, Drootin, Walnut, Vogel, and for the first time Shannon, along with myself (Chris).

We go double the length this week as we clock in just over 3 hours of Video Game discussions and making fun of how bad of a husband Vogel is. Expect to hear us go in depth about the Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft, Sony, and Nintendo conferences, and express our likes and dislikes of this years events. At one point Droo and Eric argue for a while too, that was cool, then Walnut got hungry.

As usually let us know your thoughts in the comments, or on Facebook/Twitter, or email us at social(at)one-quest.com!
