PodQuest

It's time for Episode 008 of PodQuest just in time for the start of E3 2014! We recorded this episode just last night (Sunday June 8th 2014) so we're as up to date as possible. By now hopefully you guys no what kind of shenanigans to expect out of us. If you're new though prepare for some ear lovin' as we talk about Ultimate Spider-Man, E3 predictions, and all kinds of tangents about various games, most of which aren't relevant, a little movie rant about criticism over Ant Man's new director, and occasionally break out into more Comic chit chat.

Some of the games you'll hear us talk about are Last Guardian, Final Fantasy, Zelda, Witcher, and Uncharted.

This week's hosts are Eric, Walnut, and myself (Chris), so it's another smaller group but we still had plenty to say!

After you're done listening make sure to come back and comment or just send us an email like we said in the show! We want to hear from you, whether it's comments, questions, or even those dick pics for Eric.

Welcome to PodQuest, the weekly One-Quest podcast where we discuss basically anything we feel like. Nothing is off limits as a panel of hosts get together and chat (sometimes nerd rage) over games, movies, comics, and more.

PodQuest Episode 7 is up and ready to pleasure your ears! This week we've got our smallest panel with just Eric, Walnut, and myself (Chris). Drootin was supposed to be on the episode, but he ended up missing out on all the wonderful video game talk. Speaking of video games talk, that's what this episode is, it's a lot of gamer chat. Mario Kart, WatchDogs, The Order 1886, and E3 are all up for grabs this week, and we finish things off with a little movie discussion and get pretty deep with spoilers for Days of Future Past, which was awesome!

And while you're listening don't forget to email [email protected] to request more theaters showing the Sony E3 Press Conference.

That's it, enjoy the show, and make sure to let us know what you'd like to hear discussed on upcoming shows. Comments, Facebook, Twitter, or email Social (at) one-quest.com are all great ways to do it.

Happy Memorial Day everyone!

The newest episode of PodQuest is up for your listening enjoyment! Come check it out as we talk about a bunch of different stuff that I don't remember anymore. It was a lot of nerc chat, and it was a fun time though,. We had Eric, Drootin, Walnut and myself (Chris) on the show along with the first PodQuest appearance of Vogel, though that's nothing to be excited over.

We should stop wasting time though, you've got a podcast to listen to.

A long time ago . . .

Or rather just recently, we sat down and talked about some of the cancelations and new series that we're saddened or excited by! This slowly transitioned into a little MMPR chat, until we finished up with some video games, because who doesn't love video games. Also Eric can't remember the shows name or episode. Now remember check us out all over AOL or whatever service you use. One-Quest.com, Twitter @One_Quest, Facebook /OneQuestOnline, Twitch One_Quest, or email us at social (at) one-quest.com.

Your hosts this week are; Chris, Eric, Drootin, Pisko & Walnut.

And sorry for the occasional dog barking.

And don't forget, we're still running that Kickstarter for the Podcast.

We're back with episode 3 of PodQuest titled Plastic Face. If you're curious why, you'll have to listen. This week the hosts are Chris, Eric, Drootin, and Walnut and we discuss in great detail the new movie Amazing Spider-Man 2. If you haven't seen it yet, be warned we spoil pretty much everything. It's only the first half of the show though, so from the spoiler warning just jump to 36 minutes in where we start talking about the Sam Raimi Spider-Man and other non-Spidey things.

Welcome back to another episode of PodQuest, everyone's new favorite podcast, or at least something you'll pretend is good along with us!

This week Chris, Eric, Pisko, and Walnut sit down to talk about a whole slew of topics in rapid succession before getting into a length discussion about Dragon Age and Comicbooks. We learned some things this week, like Walnut doesn't know the difference between the songs Men In Black and Wild Wild West, that's not all so read on to see everything else.

Before the show notes, just a quick plug for the One-Quest Kickstarter, we've got 27 more days to make $925 so every dollar helps!

* Thanos casting turns into a Dr Strange mini discussion about his spells and who knows them all, not us that's for sure.

* No one cares about Cyborg.

* Naughty Dog lost some people, and we try and remember who the recasted villain from PS4 Uncharted played on Heroes, and list some of his other shows...once we figure out his name.

* Heroes disappointed us, but that last season got better maybe? Last season villain was cool...kinda like Magneto only not, maybe avalanche?

* Disney Infinity is getting cooler with Marvel and Star Wars stuff...and apparently Mickey can have a Lightsaber in it if you try hard enough.

* Howard The Duck isn't awesome, but he is. Mostly Pisko wishes he was Howard The Duck and got to mack it with Lorraine McFly

* We don't intro ourselves for about 14 minutes, and we want to buy onequest.com

* Walnuts (the actual nut) look like balls, tree balls. Now our Walnuts is Baby Treeballs

* We get Meta and talk about the back end of the website, and how someone broke it.

* Dragon Age spoilers

* We quickly get sidetracked into Eric explaining why we should play Dragon Age.

* Eric's wife worries a bit about his digital flirting with video game characters.

* We're not good with segues as we switch from Dragon Age to Spider-Man

* It was kind of annoying that no one but Carly noticed Pete talked like a villain. Well Norman Osbourn knows too, which shows who really loves Pete.

* Walnut don't know nothin' 'bout Spider-Man.

* All-New Ultimates and Ultimate FF have terrible damn art, like really really bad art.

* Who's Agent Triplet related to on SHIELD?

* Daredevil was blinded by the Ooze that transformed the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. . . I smell crossover potential.

* Ant Man casting probably means we won't see Hank Pym chase Janet with a can of bug spray; will Cassie Lang be part of the movie? Pretty sure she became a Young Avengers and died, so that's kind of a downer.

* Marvel Zombies universe is just where characters go when they die. . . until they come back to life.

* Venom is pretty cool, Carnage not so much, expect back in the '90s cartoon he was pretty cool then.

Edit: Thanks to you wonderful readers on Facebook we got our name. PodQuest! I've updated the text to reflect it too

The first episode of One-Quest's PodQuest has arrived. We recorded this live at the South Jersey Geek Fest on Saturday April 19, 2014. Your hosts for the day are Chris, Eric, Drootin, Pisko, & Walnut, we had a great time talking about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the upcoming Smash Bros, and plenty of other nerdy stuff!

So being the first episode and all, we want your feedback more than ever! So let us know your thoughts, primarily about the format, and topics, the audio is probably a little sketchy because it was live. Let us know what you'd like to hear us talk about in the future, and if you think we should include some intro music or something, and anything else you might want us to know!

As of this writing, the Podcast has just been submitted to iTunes, so it's not there yet, but feel free to direct download or just listen to it in the embedded player for now!
