What I've noticed is that people would rather disappoint, lie, ghost just to get out of something as opposed to just saying, NO!  I'm confused.   You do more damage by being flaky.   I have notice this behavior in so many people no matter the background of the human.  Join me as I share my experience, why I was willing to change, some healthy ways you can be honest.   

Do you find yourself bending over backwards for people that don't seem to appreciate it?  Have you ever considered that there maybe something deeper as to why you give so much of yourself to people who don't know the definition of reciprocation?

The one thing about human connection that I can't seem to escape is the most important connection of them all, which is the connection of Parent and offspring.  When parents choose not to connect with their children, they are left to the streets where anything can happen.  Most of what happens is not good.

After the world watched in shock of "Storming of the Capitol," only six days into the new year, I wondered what is the true human connection between citizens and its government? What king of control can make a mass of people do something so wrong such as break and enter the The White House? Is it privilege, mindlessness, stupidity or is it a real sense that these people believe the rhetoric of one man?

How was your childhood? Of what you didn't like, have you been able  to share that with your parents?  I know all too well the hardest thing  with sharing your honest feelings, regarding your childhood, can either  lead to getting your ass beat or your mind beat (a.k.a manipulation).   Not so sure which is worse.   I have not always been able to talk  things out with my mother so I am over joyed that I have made it to this  point.  Connecting helps to emotionally empty the baggage we are  totting around.  Listen in on this amusing and exposed conversation with  my mother.   One of the things my eccentric mother is very good at is  being mentally strong against group think.  I have learned so much about  what has made her this way.  Hopefully,  you will be able to get  influenced on how to be mentally strong.   Most importantly after  listening to this conversation, think of some of the most intrusive  questions that you would like to ask your parent(s).  Understanding our  parents helps us to understand ourselves!
